You look around as Ellie continues to ram against the door. The drop definitely wasn't a good idea so you decided to approach the passage way. It was pretty high up, but with enough effort, you should make it.
" ELLIE! GET ME OUT OF THIS ROPE LADDER!!" You jump up to the passageway, scrambling inside as Will roars, still stuck in the rope ladder. Outside, you hear Ellie force the door down, you yelp before scrambling down the passageway, closing the door to the it as you tumbled in.
" Hmm.. I wonder.." hooves clopped on the ground as Ellie walked in. You heard the good through some of the stuff. Will was still trying to get out of the rope ladder, judging by the shrieks and squawks. You hear Ellie walk over to the wall, just under where the passageway was. You scramble further into the passageway, as quietly as you could. The passageway was so small that you had to crawl through it on your hands and knees.
"Well, at least that means Ellie wont be catching up anytime soon..." you mumble, glancing behind you. Ellie was still trying to get up to the passageway. " Downside to that.. It'll be hard to defend in here.."
" (Y/n)?" Ellie's call echoed into the passageway as she flung the door open. " Are you in here?" you stifle a yelp as you continue to crawl away from her. She crawls into the passageway, her silver eyes flashed, " I know you're in here, (Y/n). Come out.."
" Yeah.. but you'll never catch me.." you thought, blindly crawling and stumbling forward. You hear her follow you, ducking her head down to make sure her gazelle horns don't get caught of the ceiling. Outside, a loud crash reverberated.. Probably Will getting even more tangled in the ladder. You continue down the tunnel until your hands hit a stone wall. The passageway splits into two paths, both very dark and cold.. Down the left one, you hear the sound of water trickling and the sound of something crashing onto the ground. Down the right one, you hear faint whispers of a female voice, barely audible. You heard Ellie coming up close behind you, her silver eyes flashed in the dark. You turn around, sitting down to face her. She didn't appear to have any weapons on her at the moment.. Guess the only chance now is to take one of the paths, which one?
Take the right one? Scramble to page 113
Take the left one? Crawl to page 114
Here we go.. ( Y/n)'s close to one of Cassie's traps, I can feel it coming. Now all it takes is one wrong move and she'll be done. That'll be one less opponent to eliminate. ~E
Ellie, get me out of this rope ladder! Seriously! I know its every half-breed for themselves, but just this once! Please, Ellie! ~W
Hmm.. Interesting.. I sense someone's nearby.. Perhaps she'll like to play a game with me.. It'll be an interesting time.. ~???
