“A gingerbread house?”

The four teenagers looked in wonder and curiosity as to the current structure that was in front of them. They just ran away from some nightmares that were chasing them when they finally lost them and stumbled upon the gingerbread house they are currently facing. “What is a life-size gingerbread house doing out here in the middle of nowhere?” Hiccup questioned to no one in particular. “Does it look like we know?” Jack asked right back, confusion painted clearly on his face.

The delicious frosted door opened, to reveal two gingerbread men. One had blue gumdrops for eyes, while the other green. “Why, hello there. Are you lost?” said the “blue-eyed” gingerbread man. “We kind of are. Do you know the way out of the forest?” Rapunzel asked kindly, looking as if talking to walking alive desserts was normal for her. “Actually we do. But before you head on your way, would you like to come in for some snacks?” the other gingerbread man offered. “Oh, before I forget, my name is Ted. My friend here is Jed.” “I’m Rapunzel, these are my friends, Merida, Jack and Hiccup.”

They made their way into the house. Ted and Jed offered them milk and cookies as they gave them the instructions out of the forest. As soon as they finished, they thanked the living pastries and went on their way. “Well, tha’ was weird. Talkin’ gingerbread people? Where hav’ ye seen tha’?” Merida commented on the incident. “We’re just as confused as you are.” Jack replied. “A cliff? How can this be? I’m sure we followed their instructions right.”  Hiccup stated, confused.

RUMBLE!

A giant gingerbread man came up, looking mad. “You shall not pass!” it shouted out. It got Hiccup by the leg and was about to eat him. So close. In 3… 2… 1…

“WAKE UP!”

Hiccup’s eyes opened wide to see himself facing three faces. “Are you okay?” Rapunzel asked, worried. “Yeah, yeah. I’m fine.” Hiccup replied, shaking his head and rubbing his eyes. “I really shouldn’t have ate too much of your gingerbread house.”
