Shaxx, where to start he's an interesting fellow who is much to enthusiastic about my... Condition. Now he was making me fight seemingly infinite legions of Titans, Hunters, and Warlocks. I grabbed a rifle off a dead warlock right before she disappeared. I reloaded it and crouched down behind a pillar of stone. I shot two titans charging me down. My super as my ghost had formerly called it activated a green bow appeared in my hands. When I released it it blew up and grabbed the other guardians with tethers and killed them after a single shot. When the died they're bodies launched theses tiny orbs of darkness that chased the last guardians down and blew up.

Shaxx: "And that's game end! Red twenty kills to one kill"

I sat down out of breath before my ghost transmitted me into it. I passed out on the chair.

Time skip-1 hour

I awoke to be met with Shaxx on my ship in the hanger. My ghost was discussing something with him, I stretched my arms to the sky and felt my spine crack.

Shaxx: "Ah he awakes, how are you?"

I gave him a thumbs up and stood up.

Ghost: "So we were discussing your voice... situation. And I have found a way to fix it"

I gave a very eager nod and he started to scan my throat and I felt a weight lifted off of me.

???: "Ah it feels good to be able to talk!"

Ghost: "You need a name other than just taken one"

Shade: "How about Shade? A mix of light and dark"

Shaxx: "I like it!"

I had begun noticing that the more I lived in the darkness small spots of blight formed with spikes. They didn't seem to go away until I was by the traveler. Must be the blight forming. We walked to the speaker after landing and saying Hi to Amanda. She waved back and continued walking. When we arrived at the speakers room he was there as always talking about the light and how all of us are the end of the darkness. Except of course me he looked up.

Speaker: "Except that abomination"

I shrugged before I sat down and all of the other guardians shuffled away. Zavala glared at me probably thinking something about it's our city protect it from all things even other guardians. Ikora gave me a small smile she had been more accepting of me because of her last teacher Osiris. Cayde was well, Cayde and a bit all over the place. The speaker was very dissatisfied with me. After his speech he had requested my presence. I followed him up the stairs and saw the weird purple gyroscope esc thing. He gave me what looked like a dead ghost with no light in it. I took it and he excused me.

Awhile later I was in my new ship that Shaxx had given to me it was a ship meant for transporting tanks so I had enough space to lie down and sleep on the floor. Whilst I was dreaming I heard a disembodied voice talking to me.

Voice of the traveler: "The line between the light and the dark is so blurred within you. Make your actions very carefully because if you do something wrong you may loose your mind to the dark or worse to the light."

The last thing it left me with was an image of a knight in black armor killing scores of guardians. I awoke to screaming I grabbed my hand cannon and bolted out the back of the ship. It was Amanda Holiday she had gotten pinned between a ship that had snapped its support line and a rack of rockets. I rushed towards her and started to push the two objects apart.

Shade: "Go now!"

She flinched but slid between the rockets right before the other cable snapped and I was cut in half. My ghost resurrected me a few minutes later when the crowd had grown to more than Lakshmi and Holliday. Executor Hideo had come quickly to make sure all of the people were okay. Arach Jalaal hadn't bothered to come up from his little crevice. I stood back and jogged away to my ship. The people were chasing me so I locked the bay door. Taking a deep breath and exhaling I finally calmed down. After a few minutes there was a knock at my "door" It was Amanda with a very ornate shotgun.
