Ivy opened her bedroom window, the large town around the castle was still asleep, after all it was only sunrise."Princess!" A maid yelled from the other side of the door, "time to get up!" She yelled.
"I'm awake." Ivy said back, she hesitated to walk towards the door, when she opened it the maid rushed into the room.
"You must wear a dress today, for today you meet a prince! His name is Ethan, he is so charming!" The maid said.
Ivy sighed, she always hated meeting new souls, they all are the same.
"Don't worry, he will be a perfect husband for you!" The maid said, she twirled around with a dress in her hands.
Ivy sighed, "I'm only 17." She said as she slouched.
The maid hit her back, "Posture! Posture!" The maid yelled.
"Ok, ok!" Ivy replied, she grabbed the dress, it was a white dress with flowers on it.
Ivy went into the closet and changed, she looked at herself in the mirror and laughed.
"I really do look hideous!" She said to herself.
Ivy let down her hair, her hair was white, her hair was short, she liked it like that. Out of the way and easy to manage.
Ivy walked out of the closet.
You look quite lovely princess! Go down stairs, Prince Ethan is waiting." She said, then the maid went out of the room.
"Like I'm going to see a prince, he's probably a clown." Ivy said to herself, she took off the dress and changed into pants and a cat hoodie, she tied up her hair so it wasn't noticeable, she put on her shoes and went to the window, she put on a mask and looked down, there was a golden carriage at the gate.
Ivy was about to climb out of the room but then a man opened the door.
"Really? Sneaking out again?" Ghost asked, he glared at Ivy.
"Oh hi cat." Ivy said in a nervous voice.
"Really, you were going to leave without me?" Ghost laughed, he walked over to Ivy.
"Ready to go?" Ivy asked as she looked back at Ghost.
"I guess." Ghost replied, he smiled and climbed out the window, they climbed up to the roof.
Ivy sat on the roof, Ghost sat next to her.
Ivy looked over at Ghost, he was watching the sky.
Ivy laid her head on Ghost's stomach.
"How was your day?" Ivy asked.
"I saw someone bring in a TimeKeeper, and I trained some." Ghost said, the sun started to come up, the cold breeze blew past them.
Kira laughed, "Guess what?" She said.
Ivy didn't open her eyes, "hmm?" She asked.
"I was assigned to Guard you, so now we can be together 15 hours of the day instead of 2." Ghost sighed.
Ivy looked up, "Yay!" She yelled and hugged Ghost, he wiggled out of her grip.
"I knew you would like that news." Ghost said, he looked at ivy.
"Princess!" A maid called from the ground, everyone was looking for Ivy.
"Let's go." Ghost said, then he sat up.
"Not yet, I don't want to go, they are trying to get me to date a child." Ivy whined.
Ghost pated Ivy's head, "There there, one day you can go with me back to my world, now let's go." Ghost said.
