Chapter 1

Camila

"Kaki! Wake up" i hear my sister Sofia yell

"Sof, get out of my room" i groan, pushing her off of me.

"Fine, i guess i'll tell Zayn you don't need a ride to school and that mom will just drive you"

I shoot up, "i'm up i'm up. Tell him to wait a few minutes"

Sofia chuckles " i thought so"

I roll my eyes and get out of bed, closing the door.

I grab my clothes, towel and make up container, heading to the washroom.

I jump into the shower, washing my body and hair

Zayn

"Zayn, you should know by now that you don't have to wait outside you basically grew up here" Sinhue, Camila's mom chuckles as she comes down stairs.

I nod and come in " Thank you Sinhue"

"No need to thank me" she smiles " tell your mom we'd love to have you all over for dinner tonight"

" will do" i smile

" and I heard the shower start so you might be waiting a little bit"

"That's alright" I chuckle " have a good day at work"

"Thank you Zayn"

We both walk in the kitchen where Sofia is eating breakfast, Sinhue kisses her forehead, grabs her coffee mug and keys and heads out into the hallway

"Bye Kaki!" She Yells

"Bye Mami!" I hear Camila yell back

I chuckle as I take a seat at the table.

"You pack your bag?" I ask sofia

"Yeah. I'm already to go, unlike Kaki. She's never ontime" She rolls her eyes

"Very true" I add

" i heard that" We hear Camila groan and we laugh.

Camila

I put my heeled boots on and head down the stairs with my book bag.

"You look hot" Zayn smirks as he walks over to me, putting his hands on my waist

" thank you" I smirk as I kiss his lips

"Ewww! I'm trying to eat here!" Sofia groans

I look at her and chuckle " oh sorry" I say before kissing Zayn again

"and now I'm officially done eating" she sighs

Zayn and I chuckle as the doorbell rings

I walk over to it, Knowing its Selena

"Late Again" I say

"Sorry, Gracie threw up on me twice" she sighs

Ever since Selena's mom had her baby sister Selena has been late.

Its not a problem I just tease her about it.

"Alright Sof let's go!" I call

"Hey Sel" Zayn smiles

"Hey Z" she returns the smile

We get into Zayn's car and head to Sofias school.

"Bye guys. Bye Kaki!" She says as she gets out of the car, heading to her group of friends.

I daze off thinking of my nickname.

Kaki is what Sofia first called me. She couldn't pronounce Karla or Camila so she called me Kaki. From there my mom and dad had called me that same with Sofia.

"Let me guess. Gracie again?" Lauren groans when we all Get to our lockers, which happens to be right beside each other.

Selena rolls her eyes

"good job Ellie" Jade chuckles

"Hey. Keep your english mouth quiet" Selena says, jokingly

Jade, Perrie, Harry and Zayn were born in the U.K. Zayn and his family moved here when he was six.

When Perrie was four her father died, when she was eight her mother died. Her mothers wish was that Perrie got to stay with her best friend, which happened to be Jade's mom. when the girls turned 10 they moved to the states.

Harry and his family moved here during summer last year after Harry's step dad died.

Lauren and i are both From Cuba. We didnt meet until we moved to Miami, 2 blocks away from each other.

Selena was born in Mexico. She came here when she was 7.

Dinah was the only one originally born here.

"Hey guy's" Harry smiles as he makes his way to his locker

"Hey Haz" we all smile back

I glance at Selena to see her drooling and I chuckle.

"Better make our ways to class. See you all in english" Dinah says

Perrie and Dinah head off to biology.

"See ya next block" zayn says as he kisses my lips

"Bye babe" I smile as he walks off With Harry, Lauren and Jade to art.

"Sel, you have been crushing on him for a year, just talk to him about it already"

"I can't" she sighs

"Why? It's not that hard!" I state

"Dammit Camila I said no, just drop it!" She yells as she slams her locker shut and storms off to cooking.

I sigh. I didn't mean to push her
