I have taped your mouth
because your silence is my ecstasy...
superficially.
They say lying is sin
but can I be forgiven
if I am the one lying
and also the one being lied to.
We are puzzle pieces
that someone hammered together in frustration.
Your addition to my life leads to subtraction from our purpose.
I am left a broken image.
Exposure to you
results in realisation of my incompleteness.
I desire a version of you that never existed.
