(Okay, just a disclaimer: I didn't like how quickly I rushed into the romance part of this in I think it was part five? Where Hanzo started to contemplate how he felt - I think it was kind of out of character and I was just getting impatient and wanted them to realise already, but that's not how it'd actually go if it was those two. So, I apologise for that, and I'm gonna go over ten parts and make this a little more true to their characters and a little more realistic. However, this is still not a canon story. Sorry for the paragraph but I just wanted to let people know what was going on. Also holy hell 150 views wth are you people doing with your lives? Ily all tysm ;w;)
:McCree POV:
"You're most likely confused now, correct?" The unknown voice whispers, seeming amused.
"Yeah no shoot I'm confused, I ain't got a leader!" I yell in return. I can't tell if I'm annoyed that this thing thinks it can call itself my leader, confused that they ever even said that, or scared that someone I don't even fully recognize rules over me. My voice portrays a mix of them all, though I was hoping that it'd simply show the anger."Hm. How adorable. Don't feel like an odd one out here, I'm sure they're just as confused as you are."
"They're..?" I question quizzically. Nobody else is here, from what I'm aware of."Doesn't matter. Anyways... I know that this is going to anger you greatly, but I want you to hear me out. Okay?" The voice requests.
"I'm not one to make promises." I respond. It's true, I hate keeping promises. Mainly because I can't. It's one of the things that annoy people I know the most, especially Hanzo. Speaking of which, where is he right now..?
"Nowhere important."Stupid noise, reading my mind. Can't a guy think privately?
"No, they cannot. Not if they're my servant."
I'm not 100% sure why, since I don't think it's true, but this triggers me more then it should.
"Hold up now. I ain't your servant, infact, I ain't anyone's servant. I'm just some guy who's teaching himself to not destroy sh-"
"Teaching yourself? Don't you mean being taught by your little demon friend?" The spirit-looking creature cuts me off."...Well, I... That ain't the point!" I shout in response, embarrassed at the realisation that I've actually been tutored how to behave like I was a child. Damn, that hurts the pride. "What I'm trying to say is, I'm a free person who doesn't have anyone controlling him or telling him what to do." I continue, my embarrassment turning into aggravation.
"As far as you know."
"Come again?"
"I said as far as you know." The spiritual creation chuckles at my inaudible confusion. Despite it not being heard, it's written all over my face. Or at least, I presume it is, since they can clearly tell that I'm completely lost and questioning practically everything I've ever done. "Thing is, before we started a different conversation, I was going to raise your awareness about the fact that I created your Dark Aura." They carry on, and immediately after saying those last two words, my expression turns from bewilderment to pure anger.
