Peggy wasn't kidding when she said she invited everyone.

She had invited Alex and John, Aaron and Theo, Thomas and James, Maria and Eliza, and of course all the children that came with.

Cami, Philip, and Peter looked through the glass on the display case. Theo was sketching, with one of Aidens headphones in her ear. Aiden had the other, softly bobbing his head as he watched her draw.

All of the women sat in a booth together, while the guys kept the children entertained. Lafayette arm was linked with Hercs, while took pictures of the busy children.

"Thomas, mon ami, is Peter sick. Whats the medicine for?" Lafayette said softly.

"It's insulin." Thomas explained quietly. "He has to take it when his blood sugar gets too high."

"Speaking of which, we need to make shure he's ok before we give him sugar." James said softly.

Thomas looked a little sad, but pulled the little device from his bag none the less. The screen lit up and he ushered Peter over.

Opon seeing the device, Peter nervously figeted. He slid into Thomas' lap, while Thomas took his hand.

"Count of three ok." Thomas said, and Peter nodded.

"One, Two,"click

Peter winced slighlty as the device pricked his finger. After it was done, Peter had a colorful bandaid and was clear to eat Ice cream. Then he toddled off to join the other children.

"I really hate doing that." Thomas said.

Camille excitedly licked at her strawberry cheesecake ice cream. She was carefully balanced on Hercs lap, kicking her feet back and fourth. Lafayette ate his ice cream with spoon, chatting with Thomas and James about their adventures in France.

"As much as I love France, I did miss it here." Thomas said with a sigh. "You should really call your mother more Gilly."

   Lafayette punched Thomas' arm playfully.

"Tommy, stop it." James urged

"What in the name of mac and cheese did I do wrong?" Thomas muttered, earning the silent treatment from his fiancé.

Lafayette looked away from the bickering couple, noticing Cami now sat with Philip, and Herc was nowhere to be seen.

Then he noticed Herc wasn't the only one missing. John and Peggy were gone too, and that couldn't possibly be good.

Herc followed James and Peggy onto the parking lot, as they urgently pulled him away.

"Herc, me and Peggy have an Idea." John stated. "You and Laf are in desperate need of a date night."

"Okay, wait what do you mean?" Herc asked.

"We mean the sexual tension is so thick in that shop that you could cut it with a knife." Peggy explained. "When was the last time the two of you truly had some alone time?"

Herc paused a moment. Shure the thought had crossed his mind, but how long had it really been? Four maybe five months at least. Maybe they did need a break.
