After the cinnamon bun and hot chocolates were served, Lafayette was pushed from the kitchen with a dollop of whipped cream on his nose. Sasha watched from behind the counter as Laf made his walked over to his family, thoroughly confused.
The kids began to giggle, and Herc carfully removed the whipped cream from hus husbands face. Sasha offered to close up shop, so Laf was free to go home for the night.

The city was lit up with twinkling fairy lights and Laf smiled as they passed them. They decided to take a walk around the city before they went home.
On the street they took notice of a couple of teenagers, walking down the street. One of them looked strangely familiar. Laf stopped as the boy looked up.
"Have we... have we met?" Laf asked.
This brought both parties coming to a halt. Herc, who was terrible with names, wated for his husband to explain further. The girl with blonde hair seemed equally confused but the boy seemed to know what Laf was talking about.
"Uh, yeah. We met on a plane long while back." The boy explained.
Laf's eyes lit up with recognition. He rememberd meeting them on a flight to Paris, the week he got engaengaged.
"Paige, right?" Laf asked.
"Actually, I go by Michael now." He said, adjusting his 'Hi welcome to chili's' hat.
"Oh, that wonderful." Laf smile whole heartedly. "And who is this?"
"My name is Allison." The petite blonde said.
They shook hands and that when Michael noticed the wedding ring on Lafs finger. Suddenly all the pieces fell into place.
"You guys got married?" Michael said excitedly.
Herc smiled and said, " I proposed in Paris actually."
"Would you guys happen to be interested in some hot cocoa?" Herc asked "We left our car at the bakery anyways."
