Carter's P.O.V
Calum practically carried me back.
After the adrenaline from the fighting wore off, I could barely walk.
My body just wanted to give up.
How could he? How could Michael do this to me?
And then he even lied to Luke. It was one time, he said. He tried to stop it, he said. Bullshit.
If it had happened that way, she wouldn't have been at his house riding him like a fucking pony.
Currently, Luke is picking glass out of my knuckles on one hand, and Gabby is pulling it out of my palm and wrist on the other side. It hurts like a bitch.
"Ow! What the fuck Luke!" I shouted, tugging my hand back.
"Well maybe if you wouldn't have turned the fucking hulk back there, we wouldn't have this problem." Luke snapped at me.
"Maybe if your friend wasn't such a dick, I wouldn't have had to smash that bitches car!" I snapped back.
"Will both of you just shut the fuck up already?" Gabby groaned at us.
Ashton and Calum sat silently. Neither of them really knowing what to say.
Ashton is cleaning Calums knuckles. He split them open on Michael's face. And I'm pretty sure he mentioned something about punching the bricks on the house too.
I heard Calum's phone start ringing, and it was on the table in front of me.
"Yo, your bitch of a cousin is calling." I said.
"Who, Marcus?"
"That's the one."
"Go ahead and answer it."
I pulled my hand away from Luke, grabbing Calums phone and putting up to my ear.
"Hello?"
"Car? Is that you?" I heard Marcus ask.
"The one and only. How can I help you?" I asked him, wincing as Gabby dumped alcohol on my hand.
"I'm bored outta my mind. I was thinking of coming to chill with you and Cal. You down?" He asked me.
"Let me ask."
"Yo, Marcus wants to come hangout with us." I said, I muted the call so he can't hear what we are talking about.
"What? Why?" Calum asked, obviously shocked.
"He's bored apparently."
"Well whatever I guess he can come over. You and I gotta be dating though." Calum explained, and I nodded.
"I know that."
I put the phone call of of mute, and put the phone back to my ear.
"Yo, come over to Gabby's house. That's where we're all at." I said.
"Ight. Be there soon." Marcus said before hanging his phone up.
I put Calums back down on the table and let out a sigh.
"More drama is not what we need right now." Ashton said.
I rolled my eyes, and nodded. He right, we don't.
But it's just Marcus. Sure, he's a total twat, but what could he really cause now?
"It's not like I have Michael to worry about anymore anyways. That's one less drama filled person to deal with." I said, devastated that the words even left me mouth.
Devastated that I even have a reason for those words. It's upsetting.
"I guess you're right Car. I just wish things were different." Calum said, sadly.
"Me too Cal. Me too."
