You're dragged into the prison and placed inside the cell. "You can't do this! Let me out!" You cry. When no one responds you slowly back up and as soon as your back hits the wall you slide down it, burying you head in your knees.
Suddenly you hear clapping. "The futurist, everyone. The futurist is here!" Clint shouts. "He sees all! He knows what's best for you wether you like it or not."
"Give me a break, Barton. I had no idea they'd put you in here too."
"Yeah, well, you knew they'd put us somewhere, Tony." Clint snaps.
"Yea, but not some super-max floating ocean pokey. This place is for maniacs, it's not a place for..."
"Criminals?" Clint suggests, moving closer to the door. "Criminals, Tony. That's the word you're looking for. Right? That didn't used to mean me. Or Sam, or Wanda. Or even your own daughter. But here we are."
"Because you broke the law. I didn't make you. You read it, you broke it. You're all grown up, you got a wife and kids. I don't understand, why didn't you think about them before you chose the wrong side?"
"You gotta watch your back with this guy." Clint slams his fist on to the wall. "There's a chance he's gonna break it."
"Hank Pam always said you can never trust a Stark. He was right about all but one." Scott says as Tony walks by.
"Who are you?"
"How's Rhods?" Sam asks as Tony reaches his cell.
"They're flying him to Colombia Medical tomorrow so fingers crossed. What do ya need? They feed ya yet?"
Sam turns around shocked at this. "You're the good cop now?"
"I'm just the guy that needs to know where Steve went."
"Well you better go get a bad cop cause your gonna have to go all Mark Fuhrman on my ass to get information out of me."
"Well I just knocked the A out of their AV. We got about 30 seconds before they realize it's not their equipment." You glance up at the voice of your dad. You hear him talking to Sam but you can't hear him. He starts you walk away when you call him.
"Daddy?"
He quickly turns around. "Y/n?" He jogs over to your cell. "How did you get here?"
"They dragged me away from Peter's hotel room. Daddy I don't wanna be here. I don't want to do any of this anymore."
You cry again, placing your hands on the glass. "I just wanna go home."
Tony messes with his watch. "Wait five minutes and the power dampener in your cell will be off then phase out and get out of here. I'll make sure Ross doesn't come after you. Now I have to go save Steve."
"Be careful dad."
"I love you princess."
"I love you too." And with that your dad leaves.
You sat there waiting. "Y/n how do you handle your dad?"
"I don't, he handles me." As soon as the five minutes was up you tested out your speed within the cell. You lift your hand and it vibrates slightly. Clint notices this.
"Y/n?" You look up and smile, you walk towards the glass and phase through.
"Y/n! What are you doing?" Sam asks, worriedly.
"I'm getting out of here." You smile and then speed out of the room, towards Peter's appartment. You stop in the room and see Peter asleep on the bed. You smile and grab your suit. As you walk out you see paper on the desk.
Peter,
I'm sorry about what happened earlier. But this is what has to happen. I can't sign the Accords but I can't lose you either. I'm going to finish this and then I'll leave you alone. I'm not an Avenger anymore and I understand if you wanna break up after everything that has happened in the last week. I love you Peter. Just reminder that.
Love,
Y/n
You set the note on the bedside table as you look at Peter's peaceful face. You lean down and kiss his forehead. "Goodbye Peter." And with that you sped out of the hotel and to Siberia where your father was meeting with Cap.
