Teddy's pov

"What?" I ask him as I pull away from his chest to look him in the eyes. "Evan told me that your family goes there every year,and I figured if you want to see them without them noticing you it's best to do it in a crowd." he tells me "Delirious it's a small town everyone knows who I am, I need to hide my face if we are to go unnoticed. It's a fall festival so there should be mask we can get and I can hide my face." I tell him as I say this delirious pulls me back to him "You don't want them to see you?" he asks " What do I tell them? Sorry I was kidnaped by my old boyfriends goons trained to be a killer and lost my mind for a few years trying to kill him.Oh and by the way this is my new boyfriend he is just as crazy as I am cuz we have only known each other for 4 days? My god now that I say it out loud we are nuts." I hear a snicker come out of Bruno. "Hey breath, breath I think they would just be happy to see you details they may not need to know all of that." he tells me "Yeah I know, it would be bad for Evan and your group." I say a little mad "Sorry, that's not how I wanted that to come out."I tell delirious. "I know it's okay." he tells me petting my head. "Let's just get there and see how things go?" he tells me. "Yeah I'll worry about that later,for now it's just you and me." I tell him as I lean down onto his chest. We drive the rest of the way there in silents. When we get there Bruno parks a few blocks away, and I am getting nervous. I'm not even sure if they are here at all and I'm getting nervous, I tell myself to calm down. "Alright let's go." Delirious tells me "Yeah let's go." I smile at him and hold his hand as we walk. Bruno will be following behind us a few feet away the rest of the day we are here. When we hit the main street I see a booth that is selling masks, we walk up to it luckley it's no one I know. We look at the masks and I find one that is Jason's mask, the first movie we ever watched I think to myself. I pick it up to show Delirious and he has a clown mask on. I laugh at him, he pays for both of our masks.We are walking around to all the booths like kids playing the different games. When we came up to a shooting game. You know the ones where you have to shoot the center out. "Come on up! Lets see how good of a shot you are!" the man running the booth is yelling. "You there why not win a prize for your girlfriend!" he points to delirious "She is a better shot than I am." he tells the man "Why not test it out! Have you two go head to head!" the man tells us. "Okay you want to Teddy?"he asks me "Yeah!" I tell him excited. "On the count of three! Fire! One! Two! THREE! The man shouts and me and delirious fire. In a few short seconds we stop. When the man looks they are both circles are clean off. "Well I'll be! You two are the first ones to get it off today!" he tells us "You both to get a prize!" he tells us. We both pick a blue teddy bear, and continue to walk around. "You seen them anywhere yet?" Delirious ask me in a whisper as we take a break under a tree. "No not yet." I tell him "It's still early its only 3:30." he tells me as his stomach growls I laugh at the noise it made "Why don't we go get some food? You hungry Bruno?" I ask in a whisper as Bruno is on the other side of the tree. "Yeah I could eat" he tells us and we walk over to the food booths. When we get our food we head over to the tables. When a cheery women comes up to us. "Hi! I'm with the council and we are having a singing contest! Would either of you like to sign up?" she asks us "Oh no thank-" "She will do it!" I'm cut off by delirious. "Great name?" she asks delirious "Teddy." "Okay! We'll call you on stage when it's time!" and she runs off. When she is out of sight I turn my head to delirious slowly " What was that about?" I ask him. "If your family is her they can hear you sing and come find us." he tells me I just squint at him threw the mask. "And I want to hear you sing..." he says taking a bite of his food Bruno is sitting behind delirious and I can see him trying to hold in his laughter, I throw a plastic spoon at him, making him duck. "I don't even know if I can sing anymore." I tell him "You're wearing a mask if you suck no one will know." he says moving his mask to the side so I can see his grin. "Your lucky I love you." I tell him "I love you too." he tells me moving my mask up a bit so he can kiss me. When we are done eating we check out the rest of the festival, and still no sign of them. "We are starting our singing contest everyone this will be our last event before we start shutting things down! So come cheer for our participants!" It's that peepy girl again making the announcement. "Do you live far from here if we don't find them?" Delirious asks me "Not really our house is about a block away..." I tell him "It will be fine." he tells as he hugs me "Now let's go check out your competition." he tells me I laugh at him as we walk over to the stage. A few people go and sing and they are up beat songs, I'm guessing they are new songs because I knew none of them.we cheer for them as they sing their hearts out. When I feel a tap on my shoulder "Your Teddy right?" it's the peepy girl "Oh yes hi!" I tell her "Great! What song are you singing? So we can find it." she asks me I tell her to come closer and I whisper the song to her as I push Delirious out of range of hearing it. "Oh I love that song!" she tells me, and skips away. "Hey I want to know." delirious tells me whining "Well you threw me into this without asking me, that's your punishment." I tell him rubbing my mask on his. A few more people sing, and we clap for them. When we hear "Teddy. Will you come to the stage your next!" The peepy girl announces. "Oh god." I say starting to have second thoughts. "You will be great, now go." delirious says as he pushes me to the stage "Everyone welcome Teddy to the stage! She choose a song one of my favorites, from a Musical!" she tells the crowd as they cheer. "You want to sing with your mask on?" she asks me in a whisper "Yeah if I suck they won't know who I am when I take it off." I whisper to her she laughs "Everyone here is Teddy!" and she hands me the mic and walks off the stage and I can see Delirious he is standing in the front when I notice three people coming up behind him Oh man It's Evan, Moo and Terroriser.
