"What a lovely text to wake up to," I rushed out as a yawn quickly crept up my slumbering figure, cutting my sentence short . I rubbed the day old sleep and a good nights crust away from my eyes, packing away the feeling of tiredness so I can get the day started. Although, the feeling of drowsiness almost always seemed to creep back in, almost like a ghost lurking in the Shadows. I wasn't feeling sleepy, but the powerful urge to climb back into my little bundle of blankets I called my home, was nearly convincing.
I sat up on my [ desired color ] bed, the blanket that was once nestled up tightly to my neck, was now plopped down onto my shorts covered lap. My arms stretched high into the sky, reaching for the stars as the sounds of my stiff bones and joints popped and snapped back into a relaxed state. After my adventurous long hours of sleeping, I was feeling a bit more awake and energized.
I quickly wrapped up my morning stretching session, a small sigh of satisfaction whispering off my lips as my body eased in tranquility. My fingers skimmed across my dresser, successfully grabbing my phone off the charger as I began to reply back to Levi's message.
