Alpha's POV

I stared at the toaster as it heated up the slice of bread. Oooo~

Beta rams into my face and I back off, "Ow!" I look at Beta angrily.

"What was that for?!"

"You were basically shoving your face into that toaster dude." I look up and see Bruno standing there.

"Oh...thanks Beta! And hello Bruno."

"Hey. But why're you burning toast?"

"Huh?" I looked back at my slice of bread and see it's now black char. How did this happen so quickly!!?

"My TOAST." Bruno laughs slightly, I give him a slight glare.

"That's not funny, my toast!"

"I mean it's a toaster, they toast things. That bread was TOAST." I'm shaking my head disappointedly at the soccer player.

"That was terrible, it's not even close to a pun." He shrugs.

"Eh, I tried. But are you gonna take that piece of bread out any time soon?"

"Huh?"

"Your bread, the toast your burned."

"Oh yeah! OH WAIT-" I unplug the toaster quickly to stop it from completely frying the bread.

"At least the toaster didn't die. Saber would kill you." In that moment Saber walks in. Gord is trying to kill me.

"What's the burning smell? Is that my toaster burning?"

"Huh!!? What!!? No! Of course it isn't Saber..." I inch slowly in front of the toaster to cover Saber's view.

"Are you sure? I'm pretty sure I'm smelling a burning scent..."

"What burning scent? You don't smell anything burning right Bruno?"

"Huh?"

"RIGHT BRUNO???"

"Huh?? I mean yeah! I guess..." I glare at Bruno and he shrugs.

"Oh, so it's just me who feels like my toaster is dead...?"

"You're toaster dead?!? What?? No! Toasters are life. Saber c'mon, toasters are life, we'd be dead if toasters were dead. Right Bruno?" This time I'm glaring at him as I ask and he feels my stare and agrees quickly.

"YEAH, E-EXACTLY!" Saber nods.

"I couldn't agree more! How about we eat some toast than? I'm in the mood for toast now..."
Bruno looks at his bare wrist and starts spitting out lies of stupidity.

"Oh wow, look at that time! Gotta go meet Yi-Sun Shin, you know how impatient he can get...!" Bruno says this as he's already halfway out the door. Note to self, kill Bruno if you don't get killed by Saber.

"U-uhm, actually I'm pretty full and I've got plans. Sorry Saber, b-but I gotta go!"

"Oh, well I guess toast for one than..."

"U-uh...YEAH I GUESS!" I quickly leave and run.
