FIRST OFF, MERRY CHRISTMAS! :))

Since it is Christmas for some of you already :3

I decided to make a Zilfrey because of their Christmas Carnival skins that came out recently :v

Zilong's POV

I stare at the TV and sigh, seeing her appear on the screen. It's three days before Christmas and she hasn't contacted me in a week. But I guess that's expected this time of year.

Freya always does more events this time of year. More MCing, more music shows, more guest appearances and just more events that'll give all her fans time to see her. Including the fans who also have nobody to spend time with.

This is just what I chose. Dating an idol I knew wasn't going to be easy. We've only been dating for a year and no announcement about us has been made either, so visiting her I can't really do either. But the day I asked her to become my girlfriend, she refused because she didn't want to hurt me by being away for so long. But I was persistent in telling her I'd be fine and I'd wait for her when she tours and I'd be patient waiting for her. But I really wasn't ready to be this lonely I guess.

I let out a sigh again and lean back on my couch. I miss her, I really miss her right now. I look back at the screen as the last few seconds of an ad finish up and the program resumes. She's on screen laughing at whatever one of the MCs is doing. The lonely pain in my chest grows again, I miss her laugh so much. I just want her here so I can at least be able to hug her and keep her warm in my arms.

I groan and turn off the TV in a fit. I'll watch the rest of this when I'm feeling better. I get up off the couch and stretch tiredly. Another day down I guess, after today there are only two days left before Christmas.

Getting into bed I take my phone out one last time to send Freya a text, "I'll be sleeping now. Remember to get your rest too, take care of yourself my angel <3"

Sending the message I threw my phone onto the nightstand and rolled over in my bed to face the window. The shining star and moon, shine through the window. Tonight's sky is clear and cloudless, it's a beautiful view and would be enjoyable. If I didn't have this lonely empty feeling engulfing me so much right now. The night sky is so beautiful, but it either gives you a lonely feeling or it doesn't. You're either never alone because there's always someone else staring up at the sky or you're lonely in the sense you're just one spec within the universe.

My thoughts were interrupted by the sudden ding of my phone. I roll back around to grab my phone off the nightstand, it's Freya. Her reply, "Thanks for the message, I'm sorry I haven't been able to respond to you recently. If you could, can you call me soon? I have something to say." My lonely feeling disappears almost instantly, I sit up in bed and call her. It rings three times before she's able to finally pick up.

"Hey, I thought you said you were heading to bed." I smile happily at the sound of her voice.

"Haha, I was. But I wasn't even close to drifting when your response came in."

"Oh okay."

"Well, what is it? That you needed to tell me."

"Oh right. I've been talking to my manager about my schedule. And I think I'll be able to make it home to you on Christmas!" I can feel her smiling through the phone.
