Lancelot's POV

I sat alone in the cafe. I asked Odette to come out with me, but she rejected my request commenting about how narcissistic I am.

How dare she?! I just know how the acknowledge art when I see it! Every time I see my reflection, of course. But honestly, what is so bad about acknowledging natural beauty of this world?

I notice some pink haired little girl staring at me, she looks away quickly when I notice. Ugh, my life is so difficult...IT'S ALL NATURAL HUN, DON'T BE JEALOUS.

Sighing I stand up and flip some of my hair over my shoulder, I think this cafe has had enough of my blinding beauty.

I turn to look over at the door, with style, and see a modest and gentle looking blonde come in. Upon her quiet entrance, everyone seems to whip their head over to stare at her.

I watch her walk up to the counter and see the politeness in all her actions, she smiles and makes nice conversation and the cashiers are all able to follow along without any uncomfortable expressions or tones found.

Everyone seems to be staring at her and she looks like she's glowing...yet she seems completely oblivious to this all.

She finishes ordering and I watch her go sit down in a seat next to the window. I look at her in the light shining in from the window and see her face clearly now, she's cute.

I decide to go over to her, "Ehem." She looks over at me surprised and curiously.

"Hello my lady~ I'm Lancelot, and who are you beautiful rose?" She smiles politely and extends her hand.

"My name's Rafaela, and thank you."

"So, are you an angel?" She laughs and shakes her head.

"No, if I were how could you even see me?"

"Maybe you're my guardian angel, here to take away my pains." She shakes her head.

"I don't know, but maybe it's possible." She shrugs with a smile. I decide to sit down across from her.

She shifts and I watch as she gracefully tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, hm, not bad...I straighten up, "Either way, I can die happily now." Her eyes widen a bit.

"W-what do you mean? You can't be throwing your life away!" I laugh at her response and she stares at me confused.

"I meant because I've seen a bit of heaven now~."

"Oh!" She averts her gaze from me and I smile at that reaction.

"You're so cute Miss. Rafaela, would yo-" I was cut off by someone to my right, he cleared his throat. I look over and see a green haired worker standing there looking at me impatiently with the two drinks in hand.

He sets one of the drinks down in front of Rafaela, then he looks at me again, I feel him glaring fiercely at me, "Yes, sir?"

"Well ma'am, I'd like it if you'd get up and stop harassing my girlfriend." He says this through his gritted teeth and adds extra emphasis on 'girlfriend'.
