2.set off with a matte powder make sure not to cakey
3.groom brows
4.put clear lash / eyebrow mascara gel so they don't don't go all cray cray
5.put a little glitter white eyeshadow on your tear duct to look more awake and zombish like.
6.thin winged eyeliner
7.curl dem lashes
8.put lengthing and vomulizing mascasca 2-3 coats each for nice long lashes
9.eyeliner on your upper eyelid
10.chapstick but if you want just a nice neutral color but still moisturizing I recommend baby lips
