December - Senior Year (Highschool)
Aly was immediately brought to the hospital after. And the hospital people called her mom. Not to waste more time her mom came in just a few and contacted Ella and Jovee.
Nakaupo lang yung mommy ni Aly at nakita niyang padating yung dalawa.
"I dont have someone to call..." sabi ng Mommy ni Aly. Maybe she's talking about Aly's Dad, di pa tapos yung nangyari sa Daddy ni Aly meron nanaman.
"No tita. Okay lang po. How's Aly? Oh my gosh what happened?!" sabi ni Ella as she guides Aly's mom to sit down.
"Im just talking to her kanina. Tapos nagpaalam siya, kakausapin niya daw si Den... I don't know what happened but she got hit by a truck on her way home..." sabi ng mommy niya. "She's not even wearing her seatbelt sabi nung mga pulis..."
"Si Denden nanaman?!" sabi ni Jovee at tiningnan siya ni Ella. "Aly's just really plain stupid sometimes"
"Tita... You can go home po muna, grab some clothes and took a nap... You'll have a long day tomorrow... Kami muna ni Jov dito..." sabi ni Ella.
"Pero ayaw kong wala dito pag nagising siya..." sabi ng mommy ni Aly.
Nung sinabi niya yun lumabas na yung doctor na nagaasikaso kay Aly.
"Who's Alyssa's family?" sabi nung doctor and tumayo silang lahat.
"Ako po yung mother niya..." sabi ng mommy ni Aly.
"She's still unconcious, and she won't be waking up until tonight-"
"Ha?! Anung ibig sabihin nun?!" sabi ni Ella but Jovee grabbed her.
"Sushhh!" sabi ni Jovee at nagpatuloy yung Doctor.
"She had a mild concussion, meron din siyang slight damage sa left arm niya. Buti na lang may safety bag yung sasakyan niyang gamit..." sabi nung doctor.
"But?" sabi ni Jovee as he predicted there will be a but and Ella keep Aly's mom standing. She might just fall.
"But she's not wearing a safety belt. Her knees hit the dashboard of the car where it hit the truck... Her knees suffered from injury. Her right knee had a mild Torn meniscus where her cartillage was torn, it cause her pain and swelling but I'll be okay in just weeks if we offer her a good care and medications..." sabi ni Dr. Galvez as they read his name on his gown. The doctor looked at them and scan his notes "But her left knee is what we're concerned right now... Does she like use this a lot?"
"Sh-She's-" Aly's mom can't form her words, she can really tell what the doctor is going to say. And it scared her, and Ella, and Jovee...
"Oh no..." sabi ni Jovee and Ella told the doctor.
"She plays volleyball....Teammate ko po siya..." sabi ni Ella.
"Is she good at it?" sabi nung doctor. "Can she live without playing it?"
"God no! Its her life... Wala po akong nakikilala pang mas magaling sakanya sa paglalaro... actually siya yung MVP namin this year, she's our captain ball, and we just won our championship..." sabi ni Ella as her hands starts shaking.
