October - Senior Year (Highschool)
This is the day. All the hardworks pays off. Yung Volleyball team nila Alyssa is nakarating nanaman sa isang Championship Game.
If sabi ni Denden walang hindi kayang gawin si Aly, then now is the day para patunayan yun. She can't fail now. This is hers. This is everything Aly fought hard for. This day has come.
Yung volleyball team nakasakay na sa bus nila and everyone is tensed. Super tensed. Even si Jia na first year and first time makakalaro sa isang major league is tensed.
"Huy! Okay ka lang?" sabi ni Ella kay Jia.
"Kinakabahan po ako. Ate Ella talaga bang starting six niyo ako?" sabi ni Jia.
"Oo naman. Wala na kaming ibang setter. Set lang ng set. Si Aly na bahala satin" sabi ni Ella.
"Alam kong big game to para kay Captain... Gagawin ko yung best ko!" sabi ni Jia.
"Dapat lang. Last year na namin. Kailangang makuha natin to. Okay?"
"Yes..." sabi ni Jia.
Sa di kalayuang lugar naman nakaupo si Alyssa at Dennise.
"Baby... hey! stop shaking!" sabi ni Denden. Kanina pa hindi mapakali si Aly. She randomly bit her finger or bounce her toes.
"Im not!"
"Yes you are... Baby I know you can do this okay? You do this for the team and for yourself. You promise me..." sabi ni Den as she holds Aly's hand. "I really do believe that the stars heard your wish..."
"I haven't-"
"But I do. See? Aly whatever you do today is going to be fantastic... You trust me?"
"I do..." Sabi ni Aly. Denden and Aly held hands hanggang nakarating sa venue. Bago sila bumaba sa bus kinausap muna sila ni Coach Tin.
"Okay team first of all ngayon pa lang Congratulations. We've been here on this point for four consecutive years including today, Whatever happens this team will always be the golden team. Now we want to get that trophy and bring it home okay? This game will be their last game for highschool De Jesus, Gonzales, Lazaro, Ocampo and Captain Valdez, This is it guys! Lets do our best!" Coach Tin ended and everyone got out of the bus. As they all settle on the bench this time ang daming audience. The pressure is back.
"Valdez may I talk to you?" sabi ni Coach Tin and Denden let go of Aly's hand. Naglakad sila ng konti ang Coach Tin stops. "How are you feeling?"
"Like a bomb? I feel hot... hehehe"
"Its okay, ang daming scout ang nandito ngayon. Manunuod sila sa game niyo. I want you guys to play your own game. Aly you've been the best captain I got, I trust you..."
"Coach Thank you..."
"Okay now get your head on the game. Go spend more time with Lazaro before your game... Hope that'll helps." sabi ni Coach Tin at umalis si Aly at bumalik na sa upuan nila ni Den.
"Feeling good?" sabi ni Den.
"Majestic!" sabi ni Aly at nagkiss sila.
"Besh? Really? PDA much?" sabi ni Ella at umupo siya sa tabi ni Denden.
"Good luck kiss?" sabi ni Denden.
Good luck kiss it is. Alyssa played really well. They won straight sets. Just like that. As soon as she set foot on the court she score and score and score. She's so pumped. Its in her hands now, the trophy, the MVP and the a magnificent girlfriend. What more could she asked for?
