Chapter 11

"Loving someone isn't about what you can live with, accept or tolerate. For me, it's about the one person you can't live without. Too know that part of your life will never be the same without that one person being a part of it."

― Piper Kay, A Perfect Passion

[Kairos (Greek) (n.): the perfect delicate, crucial moment; the fleeting rightness of time and place that creates the opportune atmosphere for action, words, or movement; also weather.]

Belle

We headed outside with the two annoying werewolves. I turned around and faced them, "First of, what are your names?" I asked them, annoyed.

"I'm Trent and this is Marcus." Trent said and gestured to his friend, Marcus. Trent and Marcus weren't bulky, but they were fit.

"So, you think you can beat me?" I asked them, and Falco smirked.

"No, we know we can beat you. I mean, look at you, you're a girl, and we're so much stronger than you are." Trent claimed, and puffed out his chest confidently, Marcus nodding furiously in agreement behind him. Cocky bastards.

"Alright then, Human or Wolf?" I asked and started getting pumped up.

"Human." They both said and smirked at me, and started flexing their muscles.

And with that, I went into my fighting stance, arms up to my face, my body tense. We circled each other, looking for weak spots. They were surprised to find none.

I already found theirs, with that, I went for what they think I was going to do. I faked a punch to the left of Marcus and he fell for it giving me and opening which I took and punched his side then punched him in the face. Trent went straight at me, yelling from behind me. Stupid idiot.

Once he came at me, I merely flipped him over and slammed him to the ground then turned around to see Marcus coming at me and I dodged his tackle and kicked him in his back and hit his head on the ground, knocking him out.

Trent then decided to pounce on me which gave me a struggle when I finally flipped him over and knocked him out.

"Well, that's enough training from two cocky bastards. Have any Sharpie markers?" I asked Falco

"Wait, let me get some." He said simply and started heading inside to get some. He came back again few minutes later with a bunch of colored sharpie markers.

"Want to help me?" I asked heading to the two unconscious boys with sharpie markers in hand. He laughs at my childish antics.

"Yeah, sure. I'll help." He said and grabbed a Sharpie from my hand and started doodling on the unconscious men. We finished and laughed at the ridiculous sight.

"Well, the night's still long, want to hang out for a while?" I ask him and he nods, "Come on, let's go for a run." I grin and shift into my red wolf.

'Race ya' I sent to him telepathically. 'Ready, get set, goodbye.' With that, I took off, Falco right behind me.

'Come on, you can do better than that, slowpoke.' I taunted at him in my mind, and he bared his fangs playfully and pushed himself harder.

I then decided to shift to human (Yes, my clothes were still on, I wouldn't shift if I knew I would be nude) and ran along with him.

He then jumped on me and pinned me down. We were now panting, our breaths freezing in the long cold night, I could see my breath mixing with Falco's. He leaned forward, he was about to whisper something.
