When Simba was back at the palace, with a pouty face and obnoxious whine he went to his uncle. "Hey uncle Scar! Guess what!" He tailed his uncle who was just heading back to his room. "I despise guessing games.." Scar sneered at his nephew. Simba pet his thumb in his chest. "I'm going to be king of Pride Rock!" He bragged insensitively. "Oh goodie.." Scar rolled his eyes, shutting the bedroom door behind him and sitting at his desk.

Simba climbed to the window beside the desk that had both the blinds and curtains closed and let the sunshine pour in. "Dad just showed me the entire kingdom.. And I'm gonna rule it all!" He chuckled, pressing his hands against the window. "Mhm.. Well forgive me for not leaping of joy. Bad back you know.." He puffed nicotine from his cigarette to Simba's direction. He enjoyed watching the cloud force Simba to squint as it made wave like motions to move away from him.

"Hey uncle Scar!" Simba placed his hand on Scar's thigh for a boost to his face since he'd leaned back. "Hey.." Scar growled. "When I'm king.. What'll that make you?" Simba put his elbows where his hands where and placed his hands on his face that leaned to his right hand more. "A monkey's uncle.." He rolled his eyes. "Haha! Uncle Scar! You're so weird.." Simba laughed along. "You have no idea.." He lead him to his bathroom.

"Uncle I'm pretty sure this is wrong.." He hesitated. "It's not wrong for as long as nobody knows." He tapped his nose. "Yeah, but I heard some people talk about-" "I'm your uncle, you'd trust me. Wouldn't you? Just don't tell anyone, it's nothing bad." Scar insisted. "Well.. I guess.. But what's the point?" Simba struggled to keep Scar's hands off him.

"Would you quit the questions?"

After the 'session' was over Simba stepped out not at all hurt as he didn't know any better. "So your father showed you the entire kingdom? He didn't show you that rise beyond the northern boarder?" He tilted his head. "No.. He said I can't go there." Simba crossed his arms in his oversized jacket and scowled at his feet. "And he's absolutely right! Only the bravest men go there." Scar grinned when he turned away from Simba, now smoking weed. "Well I'm brave! What's out there!" Simba tried to bribe him with a penny that his mother gave him. "No I'm sorry Simba I just can't tell you." He spoke some words deeply to emphasize his point.

"Why not!" His arms crossed again. "Simba-Simba.. I'm just looking out of your safety. I know you're impulsive sometimes. You are after all my.. favourite nephew." Scar glanced at Simba, as if his twisted tone wasn't enough, he smiled. "I'm your only nephew." His hands relaxed, Scar messed up his hair.

"One more reason why I should protect you. Besides, an enemy base is nowhere for a handsome young lad to be." His eyes then widened as if he'd thrown up his words by mistake. "Oops! I've said too much!" He placed his hand on his forehead and puffed. "A base! Woah!" He jumped in excitement. "Oh well.. I guess you would've found out sooner or later, you being so.. Clever and all." Scar felt an odd lust for trickery.

"Just do me one more favour.. Promise me you'll never go to such an ugly place!" He plead. Simba let himself think as Scar hugged him. "No problem." Simba snorted to hold in his laughter. "That's a good lad.. Now run along and play... Oh and remember! It's another little secret!" Scar reminded before Simba pranced away with a promising smile. He locked the door and slammed the curtains together with a grin across his face.
