Tears are streaming down your face as your feet carry you to the park, you and your boyfriend had just broke up and even though you caught him cheating you didn't really want to break up with him but it happened more than once
You sit on one of the free swings and just sit there thinking when you hear a familiar voice 'y/n' you turn around to see your best friend, Aaron, you snuffle a quick 'hello' but he understands and pulls you in to a hug 'what's the matter?' he questions so you re-tell the story
'Im sorry, no one deserves to be treated like that, especially not princess y/n huh' he pokes you in the side and you can't help but smile at his effort to make you happy again 'thank you Aaron, means a lot' he smiled as you return a weak one
'how about we go grab some frozen yogurt' you nod as you drag yourself to the store and take a seat whilst Aaron goes up to the counter and orders your favourite and considering he's your best friend he already knew which makes you smile
'my treat' he laughs as he places the yogurt down on the table so you begin to tuck in straight away 'ah brain freeze' you hear Aaron shout as laughter begins to escape your mouth
On the walk home to your place Aaron places his arm over your shoulder pulling you towards him, you look up at him and realise he's looking down at you, his gaze falls to your lips and back up to your eyes as you both start to lean in and kiss as sparks fill the air
'I'm sorry you've just broke up with your boyfriend, that's not cool' he mutters as you cut him off 'I liked it' you laugh and kiss him again, this time a little more passionate
