You start making dinner with the help of your daughter as Nash relaxes in the living room after his stressful day at work
'Mummy can I borrow some money?' she asks as you stop chopping up the vegetables 'depends what for' you ask bending down to her level 'a special occasion' she giggles which you return due to her sweetness and hand her the money she asked for as she runs upstairs to her room
Nash walks into the kitchen 'what was that about?' he asks as you shrug 'come on let's go find out' he grabs your hand and pulls you upstairs as you lean against the doorframe of her room whilst he goes in and talks to her
'50...53...52...57' you laugh and so does Nash causing your daughter to look up 'you're counting wrong darling' you walk in and join them both on the floor as she pulls more money out from under her pillow 'so what's all this money for baby?' Nash asks as her eyes fill with sadness 'well I've been saving for ages and ages and ages now and I don't know how much you usually get but I want to buy an hour of your time daddy, this is all I have and I'm sure you get lots more than this but it's all I have' she says picking up all the money as his eyes turn glassy and he engulfs her in a bear hug whilst her tiny hands are placed on his back
'I know I've not always got time to spend with you and mummy cause I'm working but you don't need to buy an hour of my time darling, you and mummy have all my spare time' he smiles 'so you can put that money away and tomorrow we can go out for the whole day and you can get some new toys or something yes?' she giggles and runs around her rooms screaming
'mummy I get to spend the whole day with daddy and I get a new doll' she screams still running around before running into your open arms 'woo' you whisper scream as she falls into a fit of giggles
After she gets her breath back she smiles up at us both 'I love you mummy and daddy' 'we love you too' Nash smiles back at her
