'Oh come on Kaitlyn, I saw the photos of you both!' Hayes voice shouted through the phone making you cringe a little 'we both know first hand that photos aren't the best proof' 'well this looks pretty real and since when did you even know a Jonah? Huh' he carried on protesting and you could hear his heavy breathing through the phone signalling his anger to you 'I don't, that's the thing! Listen to me I don't know who that is and I don't understand why you're so mad. There are tons of photos of you over the Internet with girls all over you and I don't start shit' tears pricked your eyes as you tried to blink them away but he noticed as he took a deep sharp breath 'you know I would never ever do that Kaitlyn' his voice a lot calmer and softer than before and yours changed as well, now filled with anger you start shouting through the phone 'so you think I would? Unbelievable! You should trust me and we would never even be in this messed up situation in the first place' anger had taken over now and you shut your phone off before anything else was said
Guilt filled your stomach for shouting at Hayes and ignoring his calls which lit your screen every couple of minutes but you knew that he should trust you and he was in the wrong for not doing so
A couple of days had passed and you and Hayes still hadn't managed to make up with each other and the calls became less frequent but you still ignored them and anger still boiled within you every time you thought about Hayes not trusting you
You spent another ordinary day wrapped up in a blanket watching countless netflix series on your tv but as the days passed your boredom grew and you missed Hayes more than ever
Your programme interuppted by a loud banging on the door as you get a little flustered at how desperate and loud the knock was 'alright alright' you shouted walking towards the door not really bothering as you doubted it would be anyone interested but that wasn't the case, you swung the door open to a red eyed boy standing in the way
'Look can-' he started 'no stop it, you don't trust me and relationships are built on trust' you protested 'just admit-' tears threatened your eyes again as you swallowed the lump in your throat 'look I think you should leave if yo-' his lips smacked against yours by surprise jolting you back a little as his hands settled for your waist to steady your balance but you felt weak and giddy, this kiss was like no other you had shared with Hayes, deeper than usual and more passionate than usual
'Im sorry Kaitlyn. I should've trusted you and I didn't and I've been so stupid, I mean you deserve better-' 'Hayes, stop being silly I love you okay?' you shoot him a small smile as he nods 'I love you more baby, you have no idea'
