Confused

Cameron's POV

Fall break went by really quick and I stayed in the house with Mags all week after I hung out with Jasper. I was such a flipping idiot I don't know what I was thinking at the moment.

My thoughts ran through my head and I wanted that nightmare girl to just kill me now. He didn't kiss me on the lips which I was glad he didn't. Was I glad? He kissed me on my forehead when I was getting out of the car. Sean however was busy on the phone talking he didn't see Jasper. I said goodbye stuttering with my face really red. He handed me the rose I got for Mags and I closed the door. I quickly ran inside with my heart racing and gave the rose to Mags before I could pass out. That's when I ran to my room and fell onto my bed.

"Ready for one last great day at Aunt Mags before you head back tomorrow." Mags said jumping on my back.

I yelped and we both fell to the ground laughing. "Let's eat first okay." I agreed with her because as always I was hungry. We got up as Mags started to cook up something which smelled delicious.  I completely had thoughts running through my head all this week and while I waited until Mags dropped a tray of food in front of me.

It sat on the table and I looked at the food and hugged Mags. She cooked the best food ever. She made meat loaf, mashed potatoes,  and had corn on the side. It did take a while and in the time I just was thinking and  egging her to cook faster. We talked and laughed as we ate the food.

I'm happy I came to visit Mags. I wonder if Clarity gave up on looking for me. After we finished eating, Mags laid on the floor holding her stomach. "I'm going to explode. I can't eat anymore."  I joined her and looked at the time it was already 1 in the afternoon. 

We got up and walked out of the house in pajamas. I had short cuts on with a baggy shirt and my bushy hair I had to fix. Mags had. The same as me but with pajama pant. She didn't brush her hair though.

We walked around and headed to the park. Mags was walking when another women ran up to her. "Mags I haven't seen you in a while how's it been?" The lady said hugging her. "I've been good Courtney how are you?" Mags and her were laughing and talking.

I felt left out so I said I'll walk around for a bit. When I was walking around I saw Jasper sitting by a tree. He had a sketch book in his hand and he was drawing something.  I went ninja mode and snuck up behind him. He was drawing a rose he had and it looked a little wilted. Was that the rose I gave him? How's it still alive?

He was so concentrated on the drawing I just watched him draw every detail possible. His hair was also a little bushy but I guess Sunday is actually lazy day. When he was done he looked at the flower and then the drawing. Finally he made a few small smudges, outlines, and shadings.

I couldn't help it but I just had to. I put my hand on his hair and messed it up laughing. I felt him jump a bit and turn around. I laughed a bit and he noticed it was me. That's the moment I knew I couldn't run. "Cameron are you serious. " He said laughing pulling me down to the ground. I sat up and looked at him.

"Sketch book please." I begged and he just laughed handing it to me. The drawing was so beautiful up close as I looked at it. Jasper handed me the wilted rose and smiled. "How's the drawing?"

This was amazing I thought to myself.  "It's okay but I can do better. " I said smiling as he laughed. I handed him the sketch book back as he put it to the side. " What brings you back to the park?"

"Well my aunt Mags wanted to hang out with me today but she's over. Erm. She's. Well I think she left." I said looking around feeling like an idiot. Jasper just grabbed my hand and helped me up. My heart was racing but I was pretty chill on the outside.
