Jay's POV

Today was my last day here. I woke up on the floor with all my friends by me. I got in the shower.

I got dressed in some skinny jeans, flats, and a blue flannel.

I walked down and my friends we dressed and standing/ sitting in the room.

"Jay!" Everyone said running up to me and forming one giant group hug.

"I love all y'all!"

"We love you too!" They all said.

Zach took my hand.

"Guys, let's all meet up for dinner tonight at five. I want to spend some alone time with Jay."

"What about me Zachy?" Jeany said.

"You'll spend the day with Haley. Let's go."

When we got out the door he picked me up bridal style and carried me to the park.

We sat down on the bench and kissed me.

"Jay. I love you more than anything." He got down on one knee and pulled out a little black box.

"Zach!"

"We're too young now, but we will be someday. I want you to accept this promise ring."

"Zach! Yes! Yes! Yes!" I said springing up wrapping my arms around his neck.

He slipped the ring on my left hand and kissed me.

The next morning

My friends drove me to the airport the next morning.

When the speaker announced my plane ride was boarding now, the cried and wrapped me in another hug. For the first time, I saw Zach cry. He kissed me and I got on my plane.

I cried the entire ride and was welcomed by my mom and I guess, Jeremy.

"Jay! We missed you!" She said hugging me.

She had a small bump, but looked great.

"Hi, Jay. I'm Jeremy."

"Hi."

I rid home in silence. "Jay, is something wrong?" My mom asked as I was unpacking.

"No."

"Where'd you get that ring? It's gorgeous."

"Zach, it's a promise ring."

"Oh."

"Mom, when the wedding's done, can I please go back to England?"

"No, I've missed you! It's lonely here without you!"

"What about Jeremy? You obviously weren't lonely enough to get pregnant!"

"Watch it! My answer is no."

I sat down on my bed. My dog hopped up and started licking my face as my mom left.

"Hey buddy, I missed you!" I said petting him.

He barked and locked my face. There was a knock at the door and I looked up to see Jeremy.

"Hey Jay."

"Hi."

"Is that all you can say? That's all you've said to me?" He said laughing.

I smiled. "Come one. Let's go do something fun!" He said.

"I'm not in the mood."

"Why not. Is this about Zach?"

I nodded.

"You know, if it were up to me, I'll let you move back there. You seem like a great gal from what I've heard."

"Thanks."

"Your mom is a great woman, but I know she can be a little strict sometimes. I'll show you how to call long distance."

"I already know how."

"Oh, oh well. I tried! You're obviously not in the mood to be social. See you later."

"Bye."

"Oh, your mom's taking you shopping for the wedding stuff tomorrow."

"Okay."

I went to bed right after I unpacked.

The next day

"Jay, how do you like this dress?" She asked. We were shopping for her wedding dress.

She found a beautiful dress. It looks like Queen Elsa's dress, but white. It had a sweetheart neck line, but that was the only difference.

"It's my favorite out of all of them!" I said.

"Okay, I'll get it! Now, let's get the bridesmaid dresses."

"Okay, what's the color theme?"

"Sky blue and white."

"Okay, let's look!"

After looking for an hour, or three, we found a perfect dress. It was strapless, it started blue and faded into white. It was floor length.

The fitting of the dresses was tomorrow . All of the bridesmaids were coming. I was sorta excited, still missing Zach.

We got home and ate a family dinner. Well, not exactly family, the bridesmaids and groomsmen came too.

I was silent unless someone would talk to me first.

"Jessica, where did you get that ring?"

"It's Jay, actually. But I got it from my boyfriend, it's a promise ring."

"Oh, that's so sweet!" She said.

The dinner passed everyone but two of the bridesmaids were gone. The woman asking me about my ring, and a brunette.

My mom was walking someone to their car and Jeremy was going to the bathroom. I walked past them going to my room and overheard them talking.

The first:"A promise ring! Seriously?" What is she 15? She can't have one at that age."

17.

The brunette (2nd): "She's just like her mom! She'll be pregnant before the wedding, I bet!"

They laughed and I continued listening.

First: "I can't believe her mom! Pregnant before marriage! She's a floozie."

Second: "Listen to you! You were with a different guy every night in high school!"

First: "Whatever. Jay's probably the same way."

"For your information, I'm a virgin, and my mom is not a slut!" I said walking up to them.

"Oh, I didn't know you were listening, Jay."

"Leave my house now."

"You're not the boss of me, go play with your barbies?"

"How old do you think I am?"

"Fourteen, fifteen?"

"Try seventeen."

"A seventeen year old virgin?"

"So, you'd judge me for not being one, and you judge me for being one?"

"Hey, what's going on here guys?" My mom said.

"She called you a floozie, and is being a jerk to me."

"Annie? Is this true?"

"I mean, I was just joking."

"Leave, you are no longer a bridesmaid."

"What?"

"Leave!" She said.

They both left and left us.

"Wedding next week, excited mom?"

"I can't wait!"

"I'm going to bed."

"Goodnight."
