~6 YEARS LATER~

Zach's POV

After six years of saving up, I finally had enough money to fly back to America. Jeany was taking it pretty hard. She's spent almost eight years here in England.

We packed up our things and put them in the car. She hugged her friends goodbye and I did the same. Hope and Marie were sad to see us go and Dustin was upset about being the only guy left here.

"We'll miss you," he said patting my back.

Marie ran up and wrapped her arms around me at the same time Hope did. I fell down and helped them back up.

"I'll miss y'all so much!" I said.

Hope and Marie started crying. I looked over to see a guy in Jeany's grade kiss her cheek. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed his mouth.

I coughed and pulled Jeany away. She was in eighth grade and was one of the prettiest girls in her school.

I wasn't surprised, but I didn't like it. We got the taxi and drove away. We stuck our heads out the window and waved goodbye to the life we made.

Jay's POV

I was finally on my way home from college and couldn't wit to see my family.

From the first, to the last day of college I hadn't been with any guys. I was faithful to Zach.

When I got home, Cheyenne ran out to greet me. I opened the door and scooped her up.

"Mama! Jay's home!"

My mom and Jeremy came to greet me. He hugged me and kissed my cheek while my mom waited patiently.

When Jeremy was done she kissed my cheek and started crying.

"My baby is finally an adult now."

I kissed her cheek and they helped me unpack.

My room was finally restored, but something was missing.

"Mom, where's Sparky?" I asked.

She walked in with a sad look on her face. "He died last night."

I sat down in my bed crying. She put her arm around me and told me where he was buried.

He was buried by the creek. Where my dad and I walked.

To me, it didn't matter that I was in wedges and a sundress, I sat down by his grave and sobbed.

Wen I couldn't cry anymore I just sat there starring at the water. Has Cheyenne had the same experience that I had?

Of course not.

I ran inside and threw in some flipflops and my swim suit. I put on a swim shirt over it and ran to Cheyenne's room.

"Cheyenne, get dressed in your swimsuit!"

"Are we going to a pool?" She asked.

"Even better."

I sat outside her room waiting for her to come out. She was seven now, but gorgeous.

"C'mon!" I said and grabbed her hand bringing her to the creek. "My dad used to swim with me all the time here!"

"But that's gross. It's not clean."

"It's safe and fun. Plus, there's no chlorine."

"No, I don't want to."

"For God's sake! We live in the country! This is what we do!"

"My daddy doesn't!" She said.

I picked her up and threw her in. Then I jumped in after her.
