The Edge none POV
About 5 seconds after Astrid had said Hiccup was gone the other Night Fury pushed Toothless at the metal dome wall and ran off into the woods, just as the sun was coming up.
Later on with Hiccup
"Ugh why did you run!?" The demon girl asked him.
"They would've seen me turn back Azea (ah-ze-a)" Hiccup told her before changing back to human. [AN: yes he found out the name of the demon girl and when they talk it's like a voice in your head and you reply with your own voice but you are speaking in your head kind like thinking]. The pain did not go unnoticed as it felt like millions of needles pined him and like boulders broke every single one of his bones as they were shifting. Hiccup had scratches and a few bite marks that quickly faded, though the night fury bite mark stayed and was faded at a small amount. Hiccup laid on his side in the grass, feeling the warmth of the rising sun as he started to fall asleep, he then saw the light change through his closed eyes, resulting in an overhead shadow. Hiccup slowly opened his eyes to see a Night Fury looking at him.
"Hey bud" Hiccup said to the night fury standing above him clearly tired, his voice dry.
