'Ten minutes??? Man I haven't even washed up just yet OMG'
You hurriedly did your morning routine and went to the building as fast as you could. You looked at your watch and realized it's already been 15 minutes.
"Noona! You're five minutes late!" Hyunjin screamed literally from the window on the third floor down to you as you went off the cab.
"Sorry! I got caught in traffic!" You yelled back.
Hyunjin disappeared and a minute after he was down on the ground floor. It's still 6:45am so it's a bit chilly.
"Good morning noona." He smiled at you. You felt those tingles again.
"Good morning Hyunjin." You chuckled. He was a tad taller than you so you had to look above.
"The cafe is just a few blocks from here. Is walking okay with you?" He asked. He's so sweet.
"Of course! I walk everytime I go to my friend's place." You shared.
The both of you started walking and talking.
"How far do you walk to your friend's place?" He asked.
"Well about seven blocks."
"That's quite far. This cafe is just five blocks from the building." He was amazed.
"I'm used to walking, I usually walk every morning but I stopped." You said.
"Why?"
"Well I had this boyfriend once, he was an apartment room across mine and we walk every morning to a cafe. I get used to walking every morning with him for like a whole month. And after we broke up well..." You stopped when you thought it was off the line.
"And?" But Hyunjin wanted to know more.
You stopped walking when you saw a familiar figure. He was there. Yes, your ex-boyfriend.
