"Xienlei noona!" Hyunjin called out. They just went back from Busan. A day after you left.
"Yes, Hyunjin?" She went to you, leaving her stuff.
"Have you seen Y/N?"
This question left here shocked. She didn't know how to tell him.
"Uh. N-No. G-go ask someone else." She walked out like that after getting embarrassed.
"Oookay?... Oh, Mirae noona!" He called Mirae instead.
"Hm?" She hummed, still carrying her box of makeup.
"Where's Y/N? I haven't seen her all day. Nor did she respond to my calls and texts." He smiled. He didn't actually thought something wrong was going on. He only thought your phone died or you were just busy lately.
Mirae was also taken aback. But she had to tell him about you.
"Hyunjin, why don't you go check your locker instead. Stray Kids have their own individual lockers to keep their personal stuffs. And you left something for him there. You were a coward to tell him in person.
"Okay." He sprinted to his locker and opened it, finding a pink paper. He opened the letter and read it, with Mirae behind him, fiddling with her fingers.
Dear Hyunjin,
If you're reading this, this means I have already left. I don't know what to say first but let's get to the point. I left the entertainment.
We both know dating is not allowed. Especially because you're just a newbie. I don't want to ruin your career, Jinnie. But I had to do this.

I can't risk you losing your dream because of me. So please do what you love and make it your priority. I know you worked hard to reach this state. And so did Chan and the other members.
