As I was pack got go to a place I didn't want to go, I heard a knock on my door.
"It's open" I said
Then in walks Chandler...
"Hey what's up he says sitting on my bed"
I haven't spoken to him since the party and to be honest, this is a little awkward, but I guess in a good way.
"Shouldn't you be playing video games with Zach"
Nah he's at Sams house. I was gonna go over there but me and Sam had a fight"
"About what"
"It was stupid, but this cute girl we saw at the mall, her name was Grace"
"That is stupid"
"Yeah" he says "what's the madder with you, you look sad"
"Well I just found out that I have to go to California to see my biological father that I hate and left me, my mom, and Annie with practiacally nothing."
"That sucks I'm sorry" he says
"Thanks" I say sitting down next to him on my bed
"Hey you wanna go do something, I will take you to Cherry Berry or we can go to my house and play video games or anything."
"You'd take me to Cherry Berry?" I say. I like this new Chandler.
"Of course" he says putting his arms out.
"Okay then I will go grab my bike"
"Is this a date?'
I blush
"No it's not a date, it's just a hang out"
"Call it what you want but I'm calling it a date"
"But I'm not dating you"
"Not yet" he says smirking 😏
"Chandler I just got out of a relationship, i don't need another one right now"
"Yeah sorry" he says looking down.
"I'm sorry to, but right now let's go get that Cherry Berry!"
