Chapter 19

OMG I'm so sorry guys for not updating in like a century. I've just been so busy with school and everything, and I know that sounds like a stupid excuse but I do get a lot of homework and it's so hard and I really wish I coulda wrote more, but here's another chapter hope you like it ❤️

The next day I slept in for a while, until like 11:00, which is pretty late for me. I looked at my phone and saw there was a message from Colin, hmm I must have asked for his number or something last night at the party...
Anyways the message said
'Hey I'm having a pool party today, if you wanna come its at 2, my address is ---------'
I quickly typed back-
'Cool I will probably be able to make it, see ya later'
Colin read it and typed back,
'Okay awesome'
I got up and managed to get in the shower. I started thinking about what happened yesterday. I still had feelings for Chandler, a lot of them in fact, but I knew he liked Chloe better then me. I was just basic with blonde hair and brown eyes, while she had beautiful brown hair and blue eyes. She was way prettier then me.
After I got out of the shower I called Lily and asked her if she wanted to come along, she said sure. I don't think Colin will mind.
I picked out a regular strapless bikini that was white and ruffly not the top and black on the bottom, I put a crop top over it and Jean shorts
(Btw it's summertime incase you didn't know)
I grabbed a beach bag and looked at the time, it was 1:00, I grabbed a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and put them in my bag. Then I grabbed my phone and walked down the stairs and into the kitchen. My mom was in there with my aunt Diane, I gave her a hug and said hi. Then I grabbed a donut and quickly ate it , yeah I know I'm a fatty.
"Where are you going?" My mom asked me as I put my hair into a bun
"To a pool party with Lily, her mom is driving us" I said
"Cool, who's pool party is it" my mom says
"A boy named Colin, he's really nice and he's in my grade"
"Okay Hun, be good I love you" she said and gave me a kiss on my forehead.
"Love you too" I say as I walk out the door. I love my mom because she trusts me and doesn't really care what I do, as long as it's not illegal.
I walk over to Lilys house (and incase you forgot is just across the road) and walk straight in, since I'm so close to her family they don't really care. Her mom is vacuuming and waves to me I wave back and go up the stairs to Lilys room, I check my phone and it's 1:20
I walk in and she's blasting "She Looks So Perfect" by 5 Seconds of Summer on her speakers. She loves them. She's dancing like a dork so I take out my phone and take a video of it, then she turns around and screams. She turns of the music and I start laughing.
"Thanks for scaring the shit out of me!" She yells
"Your welcome" I say sitting on her bed
She rolls her eyes and sits next to me.
"Like my swimsuit?'' She says showing me her tube top bikini she got from Hollister.
"Yeah, it's cute!" I say
"Are you almost ready" she says standing up and throwing some things into a bag.
"Yeah, otherwise i wouldn't be here"
"Well I'm ready to so you wanna go?" She says
I check the time on my phone, its 1:30 and I don't know how long it takes to get to Colins house, but it wouldn't hurt to be a little early
"Yeah sure" I say and we head down stairs and get in the car. Lily screams at her mom for about five minutes and then she finally comes.
It takes only about ten minutes to get to Colins house, since he lives in the other side of town.
We get out and say bye, and follow a sign that says to go to the backyard.
We go thru a gate and into his backyard, there's a giant inground pool with floaties everywhere, and a bunch of kids from my school swimming and standing around.
Colin comes over to us and gives me a hug, which I'm surprised by but I hug back anyways.
"Hey guys glad you could make it" he says " feel free to do whatever you like"
Then he walks away. Me and Lily set our stuff down on two chairs and sit down. I look around for a second and see something I didn't want to see....
