Chapter 5

~Ushio's Pov~
2nd period i kept looking at Mr.Ackerman, i dont even know why but i just couldn't stop turning to take a small peak. "MISS USHIO!" somebody screamed my name and scared the hell out of me, that caused me to jump. "U-um yes?" the teacher was the one who yelled.

"Are you paying attention?" I nodded, even if i was distracted by peaking at Mr.Ackerman. "Then can you repeat what i just said." I was scared, i hate talking when everyone is staring at me and its also embarrassing when i actually wasnt listening. The teacher noticed this and said, "How about you write it on a piece of paper and you can hand it to me after class?"

I was actually relived, so i nodded. But i didnt realize that bell rang till the teacher came to me and started talking. "Look ushio i know that this is your first day so ill just let you off with a warning, just pay attention alright?" i nodded and stood up. I saw Mr.Ackerman leaving the classroom, of course i waited till he left cause if i even stand next to him he might hurt me. So i grabbed my bag and left to my 3rd period.

Once i walked to my class i was lucky enough to not see ackerman in my class. Or if he was in this class he would probably be late. "Move it now!" someone was right behind me and just told me to move. Ha like im gonna take a chance of getting hurt, so i just moved. It was the snobby blond girl.

I dont know her name but i dont really care. "Hey you little brat why dont you move far away from me, just looking at you makes me sick." she starts laughing. To be honest that actually hurt my feelings, i wanted to cry but in the end i didnt. If i did then i would be causing a scene.

I took the empty seat in the far back, im probably gonna sit in the back in all of my classes because i'd rather have no one notice me. But someone did notice me and walked towards me. It was that same brown haired guy with green eyes. "Hey i didnt think we would see each other again." i looked at him with my blank expression and nodded.

"I actually never got your name, do you mind telling me?" well he is a nice person, i guess telling him my name wouldnt hurt. "M-my name is ushio w-wratten." after i introduced myself i looked away. He was surprised by that name.

"Thats a pretty name, ushio is the meaning of ocean right?" i gave him a nod. "Well my name is Eren Jaeger, its very nice to meet you." he held his hand out to me, i was a little nervous but i still shook his hand. It was warm.

"Well ill see you around." after he said that he walked to his seat in the front. 'He is nice' i wonder if i will actually make some friends.

~Time skip to lunch~

It was finally lunch time, at least i could finally get away from Mr.Ackerman. He scares me, more then my dad. So i start to get out of my seat and grabbed my bag but someone started talking to me. "Hey, are you going to lunch?" I looked up and saw jaeger.

He had 2 people behind him, im guessing his friends. I looked away from him "O-oh um yea im a-about to..." He seemed pretty happy when i said that. "Then why dont you go to lunch with me and my friends? We could get to know each other." I was kind of taken aback by this, i wasnt used to people asking me to go to lunch with them.

But i was very upset with my answer. "I-im sorry, b-but i was gonna e-eat by myself..." I then stood up, grabbed my bag and walked away from jaeger. But on my out i see ackerman, i was so scared so i ran out of the classroom.
