Chapter 26

~Ushio's Pov~

BEEP BEEP BEEP! I woke up to the sound of my noisy alarm clock, i quickly shut it off and get up slowly. I look at my feet then the window, 'Another day...' I got off my bed and went into the bathroom to take a 5 minute shower. i opened the bathroom door and then shut it. I slipped out of my clothes slowly and looked at my naked self in the mirror. 'Its okay...they wont see my body' My father hurt me last night so i got more bruises then i was supposed to have. I then turned on the hot water and hopped in the shower. The water feels really good on my bruised skin, i almost didnt want to leave in the 5 minutes i had in there. But i knew i had to get this school day over with so i washed my hair and scrubbed my body softly. I then turned off the hot water and quickly got on my towel to dry off, did i say that i was thinking of that dream i had the other day? I guess i didnt, that dream was super weird. Why was levi there? I had so many questions but my answer was always, i dont know.

'Maybe he like possessed my dream or something' Yea i kinda feel stupid after thinking that. I proceed to put on my school uniform and my stockings. I had to make sure NO one would notice the bruises i had, not even levi. It seemed levi would notice them, even the small ones so i had to work super hard just to make sure none were showing. I didnt want ANYONE to see them so after everything was on i went straight for the make-up. I first put make-up on my face, the face was the easiest. I made sure no bruises were showing, then i did the neck. The neck was what levi saw the first time, so i had to be extra sure that it wasnt showing. I then had to bend down and do my legs, yes i have lots of bruises on my legs. It was a pain to do them but i knew i needed too. 

After i was sure the leg bruises were covered i then proceeded to do my arms, or i mean my shoulders. I dont really have to worry about my arms cause we have long sleeves this semester, we were finally in our winter uniform! Eh who cares, anyway i double checked everything. i made sure none werent noticeable then i was for sure everything was covered. I grabbed my bag, then i checked the time. 8:20 am. I still had time so i went downstairs to see if my mother was awake. I made it downstairs quickly, i wasnt thinking like what if my father was down there wanting to give me more bruises to cover? "Good morning ushio" i look up to see my mother all ready for work but she was with my father. "I hope you have a great day today!" She was smiling at me.

All i did was smile back, but it wasnt real. I hate to put on a fake smile but i just couldnt make my smile real. I then left my house and started walking to school. "Ushio" I turn around to find levi, he had an angry face but i didnt care. "Levi-kun, lets walk to school together" He scowled but was by my side in a second, he might be bad but he is really nice once you get to know him. Although he still scares me, i learn to control my fear. I started making small talk to levi, i always do that so we arent sitting in silence. It kinda gets awkward when we dont talk, "So levi-kun, im glad you have became my friend. 

Without you i probably would have been the sad loner" I giggle nervously. He looks over at me, "Yea whatever" I smile at him and then start to run. "Come on levi-kun! Hurry!" He seemed confused but started running after me anyway. "Fucking wait ushio!" I start to giggle more. I like this, not this life. But this moment, i want this moment to last forever. I feel like this is the first time i have been happy. I barley had any friends before but now with levi, i feel as if i only need him. Thats good right? Yea it has to be good, i think moving here was the best thing that could have happened to me, i will forever be grateful what god has given me. 'Thank you.....levi-kun for being here with me....' We finally made it to school by 8:35.

~Levi's Pov~

We finally made it to school by 8:35 am, i swear ushio is a pain in the ass. 'But....i think i like this life with ushio...' I hate to think things like that, but i feel complete with ushio. "Levi dear!!!!" I face palmed myself, 'Damn it' I felt petra hug me from behind. She was probably expecting me to be all sweet and say 'Hey baby' but no, i wanted her off. "Petra get off, your heavy!" She got off and looked hurt but in a playful way. "Levi dear, that hurt" I scoff and start walking to my locker, but she is following me like a lost puppy. I get into my locker with petra still behind me, i grab one book and then start walking towards ushio's locker to find no one there. 

"Levi dear-" I cut her off. "Go away!!" She stopped looking shocked that i yelled at her. I sped walked, away from petra and tried looking for ushio. "Ushio, you really should have lunch with me, armin and mikasa" I stopped. I looked to the right to see eren talking to ushio, trying to get her to have lunch with his stupid family or whatever they are to him. I decided to listen to there conversation, pretending im just standing there cause i can.

~Conversation~

Eren: You really should have lunch with us, it would be fun!

Ushio: I-i dont know eren-kun, i usually eat lunch with....um someone else

Eren: Hmm? With who? If its jean then he would be cool with you eating lunch with us-

Ushio: N-no its not jean-kun...its just someone else

Eren: Well at least think about it okay?

Ushio: O-oh okay

~End~

I was seeing eren blush after leaving ushio by herself, 'Bastard' i was hoping ushio wouldnt eat lunch with that freak. I then started walking towards her, she must have spotted me. Her beautiful green eyes were making contect with my grey-blue ones. I was in front of her in like a second but we were still starring at each other. She then broke the silence, "Hey levi-kun, i was trying to look for you" She gave me a smile. "I was too" I said dully. She started blushing, it seemed like she wanted to look away but couldnt. I then grabbed her wrist, i see her eyes widen a little but i didnt care. 

I pulled away from the crowd and pulled her into the nearest girls bathroom. I took her there because i knew she would make a fuss about her being in the boys, goody 2 shoes. "Levi-kun?" I let go of her wrist and went to lock the bathroom door, im surprised that they even have a lock on this door. "L-levi-kun?" I wasnt answering her, i then turn around and just stare at her. I scoff, 'Damn it, all i want is ushio. I dont want anyone taking her from me!' I walk towards ushio, "Ushio, you arent having lunch with eren" She seemed confused. "H-how did you know-" I cut her off. "Does that fucking matter?"
