Chapter 23

~Levi's Pov~
It was time for gym class. Normally i would be in class but today was gym day or something. I didnt really care. "Hey levi" i look over to see eren at my side.

"What do you want loser" i heard him chuckle. "I was wondering if you wanna play basketball" i roll my eyes. "Im not interested"

Eren starts pouting. "But levi! Come on, i got 4 people to play, now come play basketball!" i sigh out of annoyance. "My god, fine!" i then felt eren grab my arm and drag me to the basketball court.

"Guys i got levi to play" i hear some of the guys cheer. Everyone was huddling and getting into 2 teams. I didnt care what team i was on so i just sat there and looked around. While looking around i see some other class come in the gym.

That class had ushio in it. I mean i did hear that gym day is made up of 2 classes for a semester. I was now calm, 'good.....ushio is here....' i then looked over and saw 2 teams. "Okay levi, since you didnt go into the huddle, hurry up and get into a team"

I groan and just went to erens team. "Yea! Go levi!" i look over to see petra cheering for me. 'God, shut the fuck up petra' eren then looks over and gives a little peak at ushio.

I glare at him. "Levi, is something wrong? Stop glaring at me" i close my eyes and groan a tiny bit. "Quit staring and focus on the damn game lover boy" the game starts.

While i grab the ball from jean, i didnt realize someone was watching me. "Kick those guys ass!" yup petra is still cheering for me, does she think she is gonna win my heart if she does that? I sigh and shoot the ball into the hoop. I hear some other girls clapping.
"Hold on, i have to go to the restroom. Everyone take a small break" i got annoyed. "We only started one game" i then see eren shrug and leave the gym. I look over and see petra running at me, "levi!"

She tried to hug me but i moved away and she fell on the floor. "Dont touch me" i walk over to the bench and take a drink of my water. I was waiting for eren to hurry up, 'Is he taking a big coiled shit' i groan out of annoyance.
I grab my head and just start to think about nothing in particular. "L-levi-kun?" i look up and saw ushio. I saw a blush hanging on her face, "Y-you were very good out there...." she then looked away clearly embarrassed about saying that.

"Thanks i guess" she then turned her head back to face me properly. "W-when eren-kun comes back, ill be cheering you on....okay" ushio puts her hand up slightly then puts on this big smile. I stand up and look down at ushio.

"Ushio, come with me for a fucking second" she gave me a questioning look. "O-oh, okay" i start walking and ushio follows. Then eren walks back in, "levi were are you going?"

I roll my eyes. "Ill be back" i then walk out the door with ushio behind me. We were out in the hall way, ushio was leaning against the wall. "U-um levi-kun? Why did you want to come out here, what about the basketball game?"

I turn around and look at her. "I wanna leave" she gave me a questioning look. "Leave? Where?" i groan and stand over her.
Since im much taller then her, it seems like im the cat and she is the mouse. I could eat her in a second, but thats not what this cat wants to do to a sweet tiny mouse. Once i starred at her face, i felt sad. Like i wanted to cry, its been so long since i have showed my emotions to anyone. But i felt like i could show all of them to ushio.

"I want to go home" i then lean my head down and place it on her shoulder. I felt her twitch by my touch, "i just want to go home..."

~Ushio's Pov~
"I just want to go home..." levi had his head on my shoulder and the way he said that, it was like he was sad. I leaned my head a little closer to his and then i lifted my hands. I gently grabbed his head and closed my eyes, i felt him shiver a little under my touch. "Levi-kun...school is almost over...after gym, its 7th period...then we get to go home"
