ZEN POV

We were sitting in the room and dying of boredom. I looked at Ash who had his head buried in a book. My eyes widened in shock. THIS IDIOT IS STUDYING. I can't believe my eyes. I rubbed my eyes just to make sure I wasn't hallucinating and when I watched closely I saw him sleeping. That didn't surprise me one bit. I was surprise for thinking for a minute that this idiot was studying.

Suddenly he opened his eyes stood up from his chair.

" Violet" he muttered and then ran out of the room everyone looked at him as if he had lost his mind but that one name was enough to tell me something was up.

" Ash get back here!" the teacher shouted but he was long gone and it was my turn to follow him.

" I'll get him " I said and ran after him the teacher shouted my name but I didn't pay any attention. I soon caught up with Ash who was heading towards the top floor. He suddenly picked up the pace and start running faster.

" Ash wait up!!!!!" I shouted but it was useless he wasn't listening to anything . the top floor why is he going there.

Then suddenly it clicked me

FLASHBACK

" Okay I am heading towards the Chemistry lab I need no drama while I am not here "  she said

END OF FLASHBACK

VIOLET!!!!

I also picked up the pace.

ASH POV

I reached the top floor and look towards the chemistry lab there was smoke coming from beneath the door. VIOLET

I ran towards the door and grabbed the handle and it was hot

" Ahhhh!" I let it go with a scream damn it . I started looking around for something to break the glass on the top of the door no wonder Violet couldn't break it it's way too high

" ASH OUT OF THE WAY!!!!" Zen shouted I looked back he was holding a fire extinguisher he hit the glass with the fire extinguisher and it broke I immediately put my hand inside through the hole some glass shards got into my arm but that wasn't my concern at all.

ZEN POV

Ash put his hand inside and first he struggled with the door but then he stopped for a minute and then he pulled his arm out and kicked the door opened. Their was so much smoke that I  couldn't see what was happening then I saw Ash getting inside the lab I held the fire extinguisher and put out the fire near the door and he got in and picked up an unconscious  Violet and got out and as soon as we got a little far away from the lab an explosion occurred breaking all the glass of the window we both lay down on the ground.

He and I both put our arm above Violet making sure no glass hit her. At the same time the fire alarm went off and the water started falling from the roof. But I didn't care I looked at Violet who was lying beside me like she was........

" Violet! violet! ........... hey open your eyes hey!!!!!!!!!!" Me and Ash shouted as I held her face and start slapping her on the cheek softly. But she wasn't responding.

OH GOD PLEASE NO!!!!

At the same time the teachers came and they were shocked to see Violet.

" CALL AN AMBULANCE!" one of the teacher said

" No need " I said and picked her up and ran downstairs towards my car I put her in the back seat and went towards the hospital Ash was sitting with her at the back seat. He was whispering something but my mind wasn't in any shape to listen I just knew that whatever happened he will never harm her.

I reached the hospital and Ash got her out of the car and took her inside the  hospital I parked the car and went after them he was standing in front of I.C.U

" Wait........ we can't go inside" Ash said while holding me from my shoulder. I looked through the window they put the oxygen mask on her mouth and put an intravenous drip into her arm.

I punched the wall beside the door.

DAMN IT! If anything happened to her what will I say to Mom and Dad . I sat on the chair  holding my head in my hand with Ash sitting beside me with a hand on my shoulder reassuring me.

" She'll be alright I promise" Ash said and I just nodded still looking at my feet

" Where is she?!?!" someone said and I looked at the source of the voice it was Kierra with Alexei both were worried I looked away

" She is in the I.C.U" Ash replied and both of them gasped

" For how long?" Alexei asked

" 30 minutes" I replied then it suddenly clicked me

" Tina and Eve damn how could I forget" I cursed myself and Alexei looked at me worried

" I have to pick up my sisters"  I said and started walking away from the I.C.U suddenly she grabbed my arm

" I'll take them to my house" she said and smiled at me and my heart skipped a beat.

" O-o-o-okay" I stuttered and then she left to pick them up. I sat down again and closed my eyes. Who did this? and what was his reason behind it? My mind was filled with question but the opening of the door pulled me out of my thoughts and I saw the doctor coming out.

" How is she?" I immediately asked and he looked at me for a while and then said

" Her lungs are weak due to inhaling a lot of carbon dioxide and it has affected her major organs. Right now we are giving her oxygen at a double rate than the normal human body consumes........ BUT" he was saying and I read the rest in his eyes

"....... her condition is bad we can only pray" and my heart stopped beating
