ZEN POV:

After she said that she was fine we all chuckled at her. Well every one except Gray and Ash. Gray because he is Gray and Ash because he was worried. I helped Violet stand and then walked to her room.

"Alright people here is the deal. We will take turns watching this demon here. If she needs anything she should get it in that bed if hers. Got it. She needs a lot of rest and the type of person that she is she will not do that on her own. First watch will be mine  second will be Yoruichi third will be Gray and forth will be Ash. Does anyone have any problem with this arrangement." I asked everyone.

"I will not watch over that... that women." Gray said.

"Okay we don't have any problems here" I said.

"No I will not do this I am a Lord of the Vampire realm I will not watch over a lowly human." He said and at that line me and Ash both glared at him.

"Oh you will watch her and you will get her anything and everything she wants in her bed" Ash said to him.

"I will absolutely not do that" Gray said annoyed.

"Oh you will. Even if after wards your ego hurts so much that the pain kills you and I know it will hurt a lot." Ash said to him will a smirk on his face.

"Okay you two out. Continue this little thing outside the room . Let my sister rest for a bit at least. Kisuke only gave her one day to rest and her training after this stage is even tougher than what she has already been through." I said to the both of them.

At that Ash nodded and grabbed Grays collar from behind and went outside the room. He closed the door behind him.

ASH POV

After I was done with Gray I went straight to kisuke room. I knocked on the door and then went inside without a reply.

"You know if you did knock the door for once in your life you could've At least waited for my permission." He smiled at me.

"No I saw Yoruichi outside so I didn't felt the need to wait for a reply. We need to talk" I said to him seriously.

"And what would it be that you want to talk to me about?" Kisuke asked curiously

"Tell me the truth Kisuke how did Violet get injured without me getting affected by it. I know you know the reason and I know it's not the one you told me earlier" I said to him.

"But why would you wanna know that. Shouldn't you be happy that this happened. If she did something to prevent you from getting injured than you should he happy. Now you won't feel any pain be aise of her" he said looking at me with a very curious expression.

I shook my head on his thoughts. If I don't get injured when she does her wounds will cause her double amount of pain than before.

In other words I got injured along with her she felt less pain because it was divided amongst the two of us now that I don't get injured so she will feel all of it herself. How could I get happy with that.

"Kisuke just answer the question honestly" I told him annoyed.

"And why do you think that I know the answer to your question young man" Kisuke said.

"You didn't deny the fact that you know the answer to my question. That is how I know that you do really know the answer to my question." I said to him.

"But I did not really confess to the fact that I do know the answer to that. So maybe I could just be passing my time an playing games with your mind."He said.

What in the world. How was this guy even born. I am actually for the first time in my life wondering this since I have always been like this myself. I was very good with dodging questions like that. But for the first time in my life I have actually experienced how immensely annoying this is.

"Damn it. Will you just spit it out already" I said to him. He knew that I was at my limit already.

"Nope" he said and with that he turned his chair away from me and continued with whatever it was that he was doing.

I sighed as I tried to hold myself back from actually hiding this guy. I left Kisuke's room and went to Yoruichi. From what I could gather after staying here till now was that Yoruichi was a very straightforward person. So if she knew something she would just plain tell me.

I went to her and asked the same question.

"I don't really know how but I know one thing. That my husband does not lie to anyone and never breaks a promise. He is a man of his word. So there must be a why he is not answering your question" she said  

I did not argue with that.

But who could have asked Kisuke to not tell me about this. Violet!!!. But why would she do that. Because of your reaction idiot what else. My brain told me.

I know I am your brain after all Ash the great king of the Vampire realm.  

"Oh shut up brain" I said out loud this time. I have gone mad. I am speaking to my own brain.

"What exactly was it that your brain said to you for you to want it to shut up so badly." I turned around to see Gray.

"Nothing of your concern. I need to ask you something. Have you ever seen what Violet did today. Do you have any knowledge of anything like this." I asked him.

"Nope. If I did I would have told her to do that already. And please don't bother yourself with that. What that psycho said will be the case." He said annoyed already.

But I don't know why it's just too hard for me to believe that it was just a coincidence. It just doesn't add up. And my mind Just won't accept it even for one second.

"Anyway I am done with my turn. It's your turn go in before she disappears" He said as he yawned and walked towards his room.

I nodded and went inside Violet room. She was still fast asleep. It wasn't really usual for her to be this deep in her sleep. She was always a light sleeper. Even a slightest sound would always wake her up. Zen was always annoyed by that fact. I smiled at that and sat on the couch beside her.
