After that day of talking to the Star Sanses I went over to their home every day to talk- only to get their trust! Nothing else!
They were beginning to trust me, no, they were so trusting they trusted me almost immediately, except for Ink Sans. He seemed to not want to trust me. He must have a feeling I'm not trustworthy, oh well.
As I was thinking to myself- I was blindly walking in the forest, it helps to clear my mind- Nightmare appeared. "Do they trust you yet." He asked, snapping me out of my mind, but it was more of a statement. "Mostly," I responded in a monotone voice, "Swap Sans and Dream Sans trust me, as expected, but Ink Sans does not, I believe he is suspicious, but he is not spying on me or testing me. I would sense his positive aura, like how I sense your negative aura."
"Good." Nightmare said in a empty and serious tone. "Should I observe him and gather intel about him? I believe he will be the hardest to take down."
"Yes, you can. In the meantime I am going to be gathering the Bad Sanses. Don't you dare fail me." I smirked at him and said calmly, even though he just threatened me. "Oh I won't." With that last sentence Nightmare disappeared into a black substance on the floor that seemed to dissipate before me.
Once he was gone the atmosphere was neutral as I stood there silently for a few minutes until I felt the atmosphere seem to lighten up into a happier and calmer atmosphere, but it didn't affect me mentally, but I did pretend to smile happily. "Hi Dream." I smiled in the direction of the source of positive emotions, only for the whole Star Sanses to come out of the shadows. "Oh, I apologize, hi Blue, Ink, and Dream."
"Hi (y/n)!"
"Hello human!"
"Hi (y/n)."
After everyone said their hello's we all walked around the forest talking, and I actually was feeling slightly happy, probably from Dream. People fall in love with him because he forces them to feel happy, but some of us don't want to feel like that ever. Again.
But I did let the slight happiness I felt make my mask more convincing, just to help unstabilize Ink's suspicion of me.
Then Dream asked me, "Who were you talking to before we got there, we didn't see who it was, only a little of their voice." At this I quickly made a lie. "Oh, I was just talking to an old friend of mine, he lives out here because he likes the seclusion, and I haven't seen him for a while." This they seemed to all believe, but Ink seemed a little less convinced.
"Aww, too bad we missed him! I wanted to meet him!" Dream whined out. "Sorry that you did, he had to get back to his family."
"Oh, is his family human?" Ink asked me.
"Yeah it is, why do you ask?" I answered.
"Well humans can't possibly speak that low. That's why, and I never made a Human that has that low of a voice or heard of one like that, have you guys?"
Blueberry and Dream both shook their heads, curious.
"U-um...."
