*Allifair's POV*

"Damnit! At this rate, no one's going to be eating tonight!" One of the wolves shouted. "Well if you would stop shouting and crying like a little bitch we wouldn't be going home empty-handed." One of the other wolves commented back. "So you're saying it's my fault are you?"
"Yeah, I am saying it's your fault." The two wolves growled at each other as one swiped his paw at the other.

"That's enough you two! It's none of our faults. Let's just get home and break the bad news." I growled at the two as they backed away from each other and grumbled words under their breaths but I couldn't tell what they were saying.

I led the hunting group towards home but I couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. Cold, intense eyes watching us as I tried but couldn't ignore the feeling.

"Sir do you feel like we're being watched." A fellow wolf questioned as I nodded my head and started walking faster until I turned around to the sound of yelping and wines. My eyes grew wide as I saw no one behind me. 'Where did everyone go? Where's my hunting group?' I looked around carefully until my eyes stopped on movement in a large bush. I quietly growled as I took a step closer to the bush shaking. "Who's there? Come out!" A pair of blood red eyes just like Dusks pierced through the bush making me take an unexpected step back and sighed. "Dusk you actually scared me a bit. Enough playing and get out of there." The pair of eyes didn't move but instead, it spoke but not in Dusks voice. The voice sounded cruel and deep as it whispered. "Are you sure you want me to come out?"

I knew for sure that wasn't Dusks voice as I narrowed my eyes. "Yes," I said uncertainly as I continued to watch the pair of glowing eyes disappear back into the bush. "What are you doing? I told you-."  My voice was cut off by the sound of an evil cackle coming from deep within the bush as I took a step forward but froze when I got a spine-chilling feeling next to my ear making it twitch as the same cold, deep voice whispered. "Keep your eyes open the game has only begun." I clenched my jaw as I turned around and saw a mist of black smoke float back into the bush in the shape of a wolf with red eyes. That same vile cackle became quiet as the black smoke disappeared. 'What was that?' I asked myself as I was almost too scared to move but managed to instead of walk, run all the way back home as fast as I could on four shaky legs.

*Essence's POV*

"Tell me more about this Isolde girl," Blythe asked as we walked down one of the many paths in the forest. I took a deep breath and explained all I could. "Well for starters she only just now found out about her abilities to see us and that's thanks to Allifair. So far she hasn't caused to much trouble."
"Then why do you want to meet this Elisabel person?" Blythe asked. "Elisabel is Isolde's mother and I was hoping that maybe she has some information on the rogue wolf. I'm hoping that maybe she encountered him at some point and they talked. Maybe she knows his weakness but knowing our luck she knows nothing which will make her absolutely useless then we would have to move on to the father." I explained as Blythe stopped walking. "So you're going to basically use this woman and then toss her out like yesterdays garbage." I nodded my head and gave a sly smile causing Blythe to smile. "You are one cruel wolf Essence." He commented. "I'll take that as a compliment," I commented back as my sly smile faded to the sound of footsteps.

A short girl came to a halt in front of Blythe and I as she breathed heavily as she spoke. "I was searching...everywhere...for you Essence." She took a deep breath and gathered herself up as she was doing that I asked. "Sol what are you doing here?"
"Bellamy told me that you wanted to talk to me about my mother."
"Yes I did want to talk to you about that but I wasn't meaning for you to come and get me the subject isn't that important." I calmly stated. "Why do you want to know about my mother, Essence?" I smiled a little as I replied. "Well I was hoping I could talk to Elisabel personally, I want to know if she has any information on him and if not then I would like to ask your father as well."
"By him, I take it you mean-" I interrupted her with a loud fake laugh. "Oh yes my dear, seems you do know about him after all so I take it you must know the rumors."
"Rumors are just rumors, I don't believe that the rogue wolf will come and kill me if I say his name." I smiled as I continued. "Aren't you a brave one, now go and fetch your mother for me and maybe your father as well." Sol seemed unsure of the order but obeyed, slowly turning around and walking away.
