"You b*tch! Nobody will ever love you!!!" A burning sensation on my cheek sends me to the floor and he kicks into my stomach multiple times. Trying not to cry I crawl away and up the stairs.

I lay down in my bed and pull the covers over myself trying to fall asleep.

At 3AM I give up and open my phone just as suddenly a message pops up on the screen.

I sigh and grab my phone looking if Kate wrote something.

Of course she hasn't. I think I scared the shit out off her. Fuck why is love so complicated?!

Grumbling I get out off my bed and into the shower. After showering I sprint down the stairs and out of the house to the bus station to catch the one Kate normally is in. Yes of course I could use one of my cars but the bus is the only way to be near her at least. As I get in the bus I huff in annoyance as my princess is not in it.

*Time skip:School*

"Hey bro!" My bro Travis comes up to me with Dolan and Blaine behind him and pads on my shoulder. "You won't believe how good this party was yesterday! What a pity you couldn't be there...there were so many hot chicks and..."

With that I stop listening. I'm not interested in other girls anymore. Katie is my priority. I would do anything to make her mine.

"Who did this to you Kate?" I ask and grab her face careful to make her look into my eyes. They start to water.

"Uhm...no..no one. I fell down the stairs. Nothing to worry about." I didn't believe her.

"Come with me."

Most victims I saw got also stabbed in the arms or legs and kicked in the stomach. What if someone attacked her on the way home?

The bell rang but I kept on walking to the nurse room.

"Where are we going? I have classes! Stop! I don't wanna get raped or something please stop." She started crying.
