"I said pull your shirt up." Her eyes widened in fear and I guess what I said sounded like I was going to force myself on her or something similar like that.

"I wanna see if there are bruises Katie." I whispered stepping forward.

She tried to get away from me but hell no that wouldn't happen.

I quickly pulled my arms around her waist and she screamed in pain as I touched her.

There were definitely bruises!

Pulling her shirt up I let her go in shock.

Her whole body was covered in yellow, green, purple and blue bruises.

"Oh my god Katie." I whispered.

"Just stay away from me! I know what you will do next. So go and tell the school what a weakling I am. I don't care." She whispered the last sentence and quickly hurried out off the room while I stayed back still in shock.

Who the fuck did that to her?!

Seriously I could cry now.

Why did he have to find out? My father's going to beat me to death and this school guys will be laughing at me even more as soon as he tells them. Ah no, no, no!

Crying I sat down onto the toilet seat. Does life hate me so much?

After about 15 minutes I stood back up and went to the mirror above the sink.

"I look like shit." I mumbled and sighed.

After washing my face and calming down a little I head out off the restroom.

Already 20 minutes too late to my class. I will be dead by tomorrow if my father finds out...

As I slipped silently into the classroom without being caught I let out a little sigh and leaned back.

My head hurt really bad again.

At noon I made my usual way to the library. Landon stared at me from the other side on the hallway as I quickly walked through it.

The library door opened just as I stood in front of it and I groaned in pain as it came in contact with my side.

The brown haired boy with cute nerdy glasses looked down at me shocked.

"Oh good I'm sorry Katie." He whispered and took my hand kissing it 3 times.

"Please forgive me." He mumbled and looked into my eyes. Of course I blushed! Did you realise how damn handsome he looks?

Why does everyone know my name nowadays? I thought I was invisible...

"How can I make it up Kate? Ah...What about a coffee and some cake?"

I stared at him wide eyed. Did this guy just treated me?

He laid his head to the side and looked into my eyes dimples forming as he began to smile.

"I'm Colton by the way." Colton stretched out his hand for me to shake and still puzzled I took it while nodding.

"Ok come on princess. Let's go." Taking his hand in my he began to pull me out off school and towards an old pick up.

We sat in me still stunned and he smirking a little while shaking his head.

"You're cute K you know that?"

I didn't reply but felt my cheeks heating up. We drove for like 10 minutes but eventually stopped in front of a little cafe which looked really cozy.

"You comin'?" Colton's voice shook me out off my daze and I stared at him.

He was already at the door and waited for me to get out off the car. Ups...

I smiled a little and also wanted to go out off the car but that's when I received a message...

Landon's POV:

She walked down the hallway gaze carefully looking around until she met my eyes.

A panicking look crossed her features and she hurried away. Why Katie???

My heart clenched but that wasn't knew. Of course she would be scared you asshole.

I wanted to punch myself so bad but before I better find out who did this things to my and I say it again only MY beautiful girl.

As soon as I calmed down I went after her knowing she probably would be in the library but as soon as I turned around the corner I was met with the sight of Colton, one of my gang members, talking with Katie while she blushed like hell.

I want to be the one who causes this blushes! Oh this boy will payback for what he did.

Stealing my lady! That's not acceptable and the badest thing is he knows I love her and that she's mine.

Only mine!

I followed them the whole way to a cafe and parked a few meters away just out off sight for them but I could still see what was going on.

Then I suddenly got an idea.

Landon: "Hey princess how are you today? If that asshole comes near you in any way just know you have me to protect you.

Katie:What are you talking about?! He's the first one being nice to me, don't you dare!

What the hell? I am nice to her too! God damnit!

Landon: Trust me princess I'm hundred times nicer than him.

Landon: Kate?

Landon: Katie?!

Landon: The fuck answer me!

Katie: Why should I? You're nothing but a creep right now.

Pang that got right in the heart.

I decided to text Colton instead maybe blackmailing his life if he touched her. Who knows...

And I thought we were friends. Hah I swear if he hurts her...!

Landon: If you try a single move on her I'll have you six feet under this night.

Colton: Wtf bro. I was hearing her out for you...
