Why So Quiet

Chapter 9

Photo is not me or my dog but sorry for not posting as much or as frequent as I used to. I was very ill and now my cousins had come over and I want to spend as much time with them as I can and I'm still recovering from my illness. Since this is the first book I've written so far I will focus on this and quick announcement I'll start a new book which is all credits to the book I read.  Aaron looked blankly at the paper. Aphmau was worried by the look and tried to peep over his shoulder to see what it was. She couldn't read much but she caught the names. She too undersood what Aaron feels in his heart right now. She teamed up and hugged him saying,"I know it's hard and a surprise, but we can make it together. Just you and I and everyone else. No one can hurt us." She squeezed tighter and Aaron turned around so that she could relax her arms as he hugs back.

Meanwhile, Kawaii~Chan and Zane were in a confusing situation. KC locked herself in the shed and when Zane realized he began freaking out. The sun was going down sooner than expected and was worried about her. Later the whole group realized and where running into the house. All except KC and Zane. Garrote noticed that they were gone and ran out trying to convince them both to come inside. KC said,"Don't worry about me...I have everything I need to keep me safe...Hahahaha..." The way KC said those words sent a shrill down their spine. She said it in a voice that was not similar to her own. It was almost as if it were possessed. The brothers knew that this seemed to scary to handle but the sun was going down and it was almost dark. They had to leave her. They hoped she would still be safe.

The whole group realized it was actually 8 pm so they still had 30 minutes and yet they were so surprised about the idea of the time being so late all of the sudden. Garrote and Zane kept thinking about KC so they ran back out and Garroth broke down the door. KC was just napping on some old rags that were inside.hen she awoke she saw their faces and laughed. The boys were confused and KC said that she was playing a trick on them and they fell for it. The boys thought of it as a weird joke but accepted the fact that it wasn't true. Or was it?

Later in the rooms everyone locked their doors washed up got dressed and turned the lights off. They made the same sleeping arrangement but they each had a kind of pep talk of what had happened that day. Travis and Katelyn were laying in bed together arguing about who really got that one signal. Kim and Garroth tried to sleep together in the bed but just laied awkwardly silent in the dark room. Aaron and Aphmau were just trying to give themselves some closure from the note and left the knife or dagger, what ever you want to call it, under their pillows. KC and Zane were just discussing about the joke that KC played on him and his brother and were also sleeping together in the bed. The clock struck 8:30 as the foggy night seemed to appear. The demon went out and lurked through the halls and started turning the knobs on each door. Everyone inside trembled and hugged each other tightly under the blanket shivering and shutting their eyes letting a few tears escape. This night became a living nightmare even though the monster wasn't getting to them yet. The demon was just out side the door and started scratching the walls. Everyone began to hug tighter and tried not to cry, worried that the thing would hear it and break down the door and instantly killing them by eating them alive right then and their. Aphmau held her breath and fainted for she was having the hardest time not crying. Aaron laid next to her and cuddled and try to fall asleep. He couldn't so he bit the blanket and held Aphmau close and he knew that everyone was just as afraid as he is.....
