Chapter 7: Our kiss... Our Scandal

Hyun Jae's P.O.V

Taehyung dragged me outside to the School's garden. "Why'd you bring me here!" I yelled. "Who are

you?" He asked. "My name is Min Hyun Jae." I said. "Okay Min Hyun Jae, why do you keep bothering

So Rin." He asked. I was astonished when he said that. "She needs to feel how she makes others feel,

Hurt." I said. He stays silent for a moment. "See, you hurt the girl you liked, what was her name again,

oh yeah. Jeon Hyun Jae, she's dead, why, because you all hurt her. You all caused her to disappear. So

you lost her, you hurt her. Now you decided to date her sister why, only because they look identical. I

really don't get I-" I wasn't able to finish my sentence because the next thing I knew was he pulled

down my mask and kissed me. I was so surprised. "Did he know who I really was?" I asked myself. He

pulled back and I quickly put my mask on. "Don't ever do that again!" I yelled at him. I turned around

and left. When I went inside the bell rang. I quickly headed toward my locker. Afterwards I headed to

class. Everyone looked at me, including Irene and Sungjae. I went to my desk and Irene said, "I didn't

know you were secretly dating." I got confused. "What?" I asked. She took out her phone and showed

me a picture, from a few moments ago. It was Taehyung and I... kissing. "That's not what it looks like." I

said to both of them with wide eyes. "Really." They said. "He kissed me and I didn't want to kiss him." I

said. Someone came in the room. I knew someone did since Irene's eyes went big. I turned around, it

was So Rin. She went up to me and slapped me. "Who gives you the damn right to kiss my boyfriend!"

She yelled. "Get the true story idiot! He kissed me!! Not the other way around." I said. She was going

to slap me again, but I held her wrist and slapped her. "Don't you even dare." I said. I kicked her. She

was on the ground, holding her stomach in pain. I felt satisfied. For the first time, she was in pain. I

wasn't. I see why So Rin liked to pick on me. I felt victory just seeing her like that. "No don't think like

that. Don't become like her." I said to myself. I was right, I didn't want to become a monster like her. I

helped her up and took her to the nurse. On the way I said, "You know, I hate you but I don't want to

be a monster like you are." Once she was with the nurse, I left to the roof. I put my hands on the

railing and stood looking at the view. "Why did this have to happen to me." I said. "Two things in one

day! Why!" I said. "Hyun Jae?" I heard someone say behind me. I turned around and saw Taehyung.

"What the hell do you want." I said. "I'm sorry, something got over me. For a moment I thought.." He

said. "You thought what?" I asked. "I thought you were Hyun Jae. So Rin's dead sister." He said. "But

I'm not yet, you still kissed me. Now I'm in this scandal because of that god damn kiss." I said.

"Actually it was our kiss, so it's our scandal." He said cockily. "Say that again and I will punch you." I

said. He laughed. "Look I'm actually sorry, How about we start off as friends." He said. "Sure, just be

less annoying." I said. "Fine." He said and we both laughed. We went back inside.
