Chapter 20: Did he find out?

Hyun Jae's P.O.V

I followed them but they didn't see me. I heard every single word. "Did you by any chance at the age

of 12 receive a bracelet that had half of a heart?" Taehyung asked him. "Yeah, why do you ask?"

Sungjae asked. "That bracelet was meant to be wrapped around my wrist not yours." Taehyung said.

"What do you mean?"Sungjae was confused at this point. "What was the name of the girl who gave

you the bracelet?" Taehyung asked. "Her name, she didn't give it to me, but she told me it was Eun

Ae." Sungjae replied. Taehyung was going to say something but the bell rang. "Thank god." I said. I ran

far from there. I went to homeroom. The same two girls approached me. "So Rin why did you ignore

us." One of them said. "I'm sorry but I don't remember you guys." I said. Then someone behind me

says, "She lost her memory." I turn and it's Sungjae, "How'd he get here so fast?" I asked myself. The

whole period I thought, "Was this a good idea, for me to fake that I am So Rin?" I said to myself. I

wondered how or where So Rin was. "Why'd she run away? Did something bad happen to her?" I

asked myself. I got two text from my phone, one was from Taehyung and another one was from an

unknown number. I checked Taehyung's message, "I miss you so much!!" He said, I smiled and texted

him, "Me too but right now I'm in class." I texted back. "I'll let you study, don't be gone for too long."

He texted back. "I promise I won't be gone for too long." I texted with a smile. He said bye and I said

bye as well. Then I opened the message from the unknown number. "I know who you are, I know you

aren't So Rin, I know you're alive. You can't fool others for long. Trust me, one of these days, everyone

will know your truth." It said. "Who are you?" I texted back. "Not someone you don't know." The

person texted back. "Is this a sick joke?" I texted back. "Gonna leave you hanging." The person said

and I turned off my phone. "Who can this person be?" I said inside my head. "How can anyone know

I'm alive, the only people that know are Sungjae and Irene. One of them is doing this but who?" I said

to myself.
