"Oh my God. Josh I'm so sorry! Are you ok? Can you move?"

Josh lay on his back on the grass, hands holding onto his crotch as if it was going to drop off any second now.

He kept rolling back and forth moaning and groaning in agony.

"Okay. Help me get you up. I'll sort you out in my house."

He seemed to temporarily forget about his pain as he joked "Oh great, I'll show you mine if you show me ..." And then the pain returned and he was back to groaning again, unable to finish his sentence.

"Alright, we'll save that till you feel better okay?"

He threw his arm round my shoulders and we both slowly hobbled over to me house.

45 minuted later, Josh was sitting on the side of the bath tub with a bag of frozen peas held over his winky.

"So, can I ask what got you so mad that you felt the need to prevent me having children? Because I don't recall having done anything to offend you recently?"

I laughed at his attempt to find out where my anger came from.

"Nowhere, I already told you, I accidently spun round so fast that my leg swung out abit and accidentally got you in the balls."

I didn't look at him whilst I lied, and he picked up on this.

"Oh my days Sophie! How long were we going out for?" I look back up at him, "Do you think I can't tell when you're lying?  You can never look the person in the face you're lying to!" He laughed and I felt like laughing along with him; so I did.

"Do you remember when we went to buy alcohol on New Year's Eve?" Josh broke down laughing.

"Oh God, and the guy kept saying how much weight I'd lost compared to how I looked in the picture on my ID!" I started laughing uncontrollably.

"And all you kept saying was," He did an impression of me, "Well, you know sir, eating fruit and veg really does make you healthier!"

"Yeah, well I didn't know what else to say other than 'I had liposuction!'"

Josh and I laughed about things for a good hour or so. And when we'd finally calmed down, he asked me again, "What honestly made you so mad that you took a swing at the first person that walked up to you?"

He looked at me and his smile completely left his face.

I could sense that he was being sincere, and I don't know why - maybe it was due to the reminising we just did - but I blurted out, "That bitch that you're brother's going out with."

He looked at me questioningly, so I continued my explanation, "I went over there to try and find out what the hell she was doing, messing Peter around like she is, when all of a sudden, before I can even blink, she grabs my arm and hauls me backwards. Next thing I know I'm out the front of your house, door shut in my face, looking for something to hit. The something just happened to be you."

Josh stayed quiet for a while, and then his reply was most unexpected.

"Well no wonder. You pretty much ambushed the girl. If we're gonna bring her down, we need to be alot more sneakier then that. And no doubt you created some lame excuse to go over there! You probably baked brownies or something."

"Cookies actually!" I shouted at him. But soon realised it wasn't helping my case either way.

"Well, I think we should start again and look at it from a different perspective ..." I cut him off.

"Woah, woah, woah. What do you mean WE?" I asked him directly, "WE are not a team Josh. I'm bringing this bitch down myself."

"What, so you can be the hero and Peter will fall madly in love with you because you saved him from the evil bitchy girlfriend?" I blushed at how stupid it sounded, but that was genuinely how I'd planned it would work out IF, my plan was successful.

"Sophie. You're too innocent to pull something like this off on your own. You need someone with a mind like mine to help with the trickier bits." He said with a smile like the cheshire cat.

"And what exactly do you mean by that Joshua Nathaniel Harrison?" I questioned in a posh, high-pitched, snooty voice.

"What I mean, dear Sophia," He mimicked my snooty voice and then turned completely serious, "Is that you need someone with a sneakily, monstrous plan. A plan along the lines of catching Pepper cheating."

I inhaled sharply, "Oh that is evil!" I smiled, liking the plan already, "But how are we going to do that?!"

"We're going to capture - on camera - her kissing me. And then you're going to play it for Peter." Josh smiled mischieviously.

I was pleased with the idea, but I suddenly got flooded with a rush of emotions.

Confusion: Why was Josh helping get rid of Pepper?

Happiness: I finally had a decent plan that may actually work out right.

Excitement in the part I was going to play in this; the lead role.

And finally, there was a hint of something else. Something that was linked to the kiss that was inevitable between Josh and Pepper.

This little nagging feeling .. Could it possibly be? No it couldn't. Or could it?

Jealousy.
