Chapter 16

Carter's P.O.V.

Once I pulled up to Starlynn's house I got out the car and walked across her front lawn and to the back. I saw her room was dark so she must be sleep. I climb the tree near her balcony window and once I'm on the branch near her balcony I jump on her balcony. "Damn" I say as a land and bang my knee on her chair out on the balcony. "Shit" I say as I see the light go on and hide on the side of the door. The doors swing open. "Hello" she says looking out on her balcony. She slowly steps out her room and looks around. She looks behind her right door and the turns around. She walks closer to the left door and I look around to see if I could find another place to hide. I stand still and she moves the door and sees my standing there. "What are you doing here?" she ask in a low quiet tone. "Starlynn I want to fix everything." I say looking her in the eyes and grab her hand and hold it in mine. "Carter I-I-I don't really know if I can trust you anymore." she says removing her hand from mine. She goes back inside, but before she closed her door I managed to get inside. "Carter can you just leave please." she said talking this time. "Starlynn please please please just let me explain." I say walking up to her holding both her hands in mine and looking her straight in the eyes. "Okay. Explain." she says. "Okay so I went to Florida to visit my ex-girlfriend that I didn't tell you about. Im sorry about that. She never loved me anyway. And being with you just makes my world. Without Starlynn I don't know what I would do." I say. She looks at me with a blank face. I look at her. She wraps her arms around my neck and gives me a hug. I wrap my arms around her waist. She backs away and I back away. She leans in and I lean in. I kiss her. Our lips moved in sync. It was special. I've never felt this way kissing anyone. She wrapped her arms around my neck again and I wrapped my arms around her waist again. I picked her up and she wrapped her legs around my waist. I took one hand off of her waist and started rubbing her thigh. She let out a small moan. "Carter." she moaned. Her saying my name drove me crazy and I loved it. I moved my lips down to her neck and slowly started kissing her neck. I walked over to her bed and laid her down. I hovered over her look her in her eyes. "Starlynn." I said looking her in her eyes. "Carter." she said back. "I love you." I said kissing her. I broke the kiss and she smiled. "I love you too." she said. "I have school tomorrow Carter." she said sitting up. "Okay. I'll see you tomorrow." I said getting up and leaving. "Wait." She said standing up. "Yes" I turned around and looked at her. She ran up to me and jumped into my arms. She jumped down and kissed my cheek. "Night Carter." she said closing her door. "Night Star" I said before she shut her door fully. I climbed down the tree and got in the car. I drove back to the hotel and went to sleep knowing everything is okay.
