Chapter 5

Carter's P.O.V

Damn she's cute. Like wow she's amazing. When she blushed its just wow. Her name is just magnificent. Starlynn it's beautiful. "Well these are all the guys." I said leading her to the green room. "Hey" Starlynn said giving a small wave. "Hi" all the guys responded. "Um well I'm Starlynn you guys can call me Star. These are my friends Adrianna, Layla and Danni." she said in a quiet tone. It was adorable. "Well guys its about lunch time." Matt said standing up from the couch. "Yes." I replied. "Do you guys have any good places in mind I mean you guys live here." Nash said asking the girls. "Well um there's this place about a couple of blocks from here." Star's friend Adrianna said. "Oh cool." he replied back to her. "Lets get walking then." Jack J said pushing all of us out the door. In the process of being pushed out the door I ran into Starlynn causing her to drop her phone. "Oh wow I'm sorry." I said picking up her phone. "It's okay" she said grabbing for her phone too. "Owwww" we both said in unison bumping heads. "Im sorry about that too I said handing her phone to her and rubbing my head. "Nah it's cool' she said. "LETS GO" Matt yelled at us. "Coming" I yelled back. "Want a ride." I asked squatting down offering a piggy back ride. "Yes." she said excitedly jumping on my back. And we started walking. She seemed real chill. Like from the start and so down to earth. But I can't be falling for her. It's not easy though. I mean she's perfect. Maybe this is my perfect girl from Matt and Aaron's conversation last night.

~ After Lunch ~

"Guys sound check time." Mahogany says. "Alright. We're coming." I said. I turned around and faced Starlynn. "Hey wanna join." I said. "No I'm okay." she said laying on the couch.
"Okay" I said and walked out. When I walked into the event area I saw Hayes and Taylor twerking. "Well then" I said into the mic that was tossed to me by Matt. "Thanks dude." I said to Matt for giving me the mic. He nodded his head. "Carter come here." Matt said in a deep weird voice which caused me to laugh. I walked over to Matt who was on stage and took a seat next to him. "Sup" I said looking at him. "You like Starlynn?" he said smirking and raising an eyebrow at me. "No" I lied. I clearly did. I mean I showed on my face. I felt it getting hot in here cause I was blushing. "Yeah you do." he said smiling. I started to whisper "Yeah but I don't love her and you can't tell anyone. I don't even know if I really even like her yet. I mean she's cute and nice but you can't judge a book by its cover you know." I said. "Yeah makes sense." Matt said standing up to leave sound check. I got up and followed right behind him.
"Hey guys." Matt said walking in the green room where the girls were. "Hey." they replied. "Did you guys want to head out and get some ice cream before the event starts?" I said. "Yeah sure." they said standing up shrugging their shoulders. "Alright lets go then." I said. We all left the hotel and started walking. "So what do you like to do besides MAGCON." Starlynn said looking at me. She had a sparkle in her eyes. Her eyes where a nice hazel color. "Um travel. I like to travel alot. What about you." I asked her with a smile. "Uh art and traveling as well." she said flashing a smile. "I love your smile." I said "Thanks." she said blushing a little hiding her face. "Don't hide you face. Your beautiful." I told her taking my finger and lifting up her chin. I went in to kiss her and she went in to kiss me. "Wait." Starlynn said backing up. "What did I do something wrong." I said nervously. "Carter I can't do this. I mean I'm a girl you just met." she said looking me straight in the eyes. " But I." I stopped. "You what." she says. "Nothing" I say. I grab her hand and we walk back to the hotel. Her hand so small in mine it was perfect. We walked back to the green room and got ready for MAGCON.
