Chapter 21

Carter's P.O.V.

"Shit." I groaned. My head was pounding and I felt like I could barely move. I sat up and removed the blankets from my body. I smelled like alcohol and weed. I got up and walked to my full length body mirror. I realized I was still in the same clothes from last night. I went into the bathroom and showered. Once I was done showering I left the bathroom and got dressed. I threw on a dark blue shirt and white pants with black vans. I walked into the living room and saw Danni, Shawn and, Matt on the couch. That's when then I realized I was still at Starlynn's house. I walked upstairs and went into her room and saw that she was missing. I ran back downstairs and went into the guest room and grabbed my phone. I found her contact and called her. Once I found it I called her.

It went to voice mail. She always usually picks up my calls. I figured I would walk to her favorite place to see if she was there.

Starlynn's P.O.V.

Once I arrived at the park I found my favorite bench and took a seat. I sat back and closed my eyes. I texted Cameron earlier and told him to meet me here. As I relaxed and took in the air I started thinking, and sometimes I hate thinking. I started thinking about last night. I remember everything clearly. I sat up and opened my eyes and slowly started to cry. I bent over and put my hands over my face and cried. Soon I heard a voice. "Hey princess." I sniffled and said "Uh hey." not recognizing the voice cause I was kind of zoned out. "You okay." The same voice said, but then I clearly recognized. I sat up and wiped my tears away and answered. " Yeah fine." I said looking at the tall figure hovering over me. It was quite. I stood up and hugged Cameron. That's what I needed right now. I stood on my tippy toes and hugged him. I untensed my body and let out a deep breath. "Thank you." I mumbled into his shoulder. "Welcome." he said back in a deep whisper and, placed a soft kiss on my cheek. He moved his hands to waist and sat me down. "Im gonna get us some ice cream. I'll be back in about 10 minutes okay?" he said raising an eyebrow at me. I nodded and he walked off. After about sitting by myself for about 2 mins I see a person I recognize clearly. "STARLYNN." he yells my name. I just look at him as he comes into focus. He came and grabbed my hands and pulled me off the bench. He looked me in the eyes and said "Starlynn I thought we were fine. Why are you ignoring me?" "You don't know what you did do you." I said laughing sarcastically. "No. Please explain." he said. "You said I was worthless, a bitch, and more and you made me feel like complete shit." I said removing my hands from his and turned to walk away. He grabbed my shoulders and spun me around. Soon I felt his lips crash against mine. He placed one hand on my waist and the other on my left cheek. He backed and put his forehead against mine. "Starlynn. I was drunk and being a stupid ass. I would never mean that ever. I love you so much. I never want to lose you. Being in a world without Starlynn is a world I wouldn't want to be in. You mean to much to me. I love you." he said in a whisper. I then leaned in and placed a kiss on his lips. I pulled away and hugged Carter. "Im
sorry." he said kissing my forehead. I smiled. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket it was from Cam.

Cameron ❤: I met some one :) sorry I owe you. tomorrow Panera. okay bye.

I laughed and put my phone back in my pocket. I grabbed Carter's hand and we walked up a small hill and went to watch the sunset. A perfect way to end the day.
