Chapter 12

Carter's P.O.V.

"Hey Beautiful." I say to Carly and kiss her cheek. "Hey" she says and hugs me. She kisses me and I kiss back. She starts to take off my jacket and doesn't break the kiss. She pushes me on the couch. I grab her waist and pull her towards me. I start leaving soft kisses on her neck. I grab her thigh and wrap her legs around my waist. She runs her hand through my hair roughly. She starts to unbuckle my belt. "Wait." I say and break the kiss. "Carter what's wrong." she says. "I can't do this." I say standing up. "What do you mean Carter." she says yelling at me. "That exactly." I say yelling back. "What do you mean." she says yelling. "You yell at me for not wanting sex with you. Like what am I. A sex toy." I say yelling. "Yeah you are. I never really loved you anyway. You were nothing special anyway." she says yelling back. "Bye." I say grabbing my stuff and leaving. Why did I stay with her in the first place. She was nothing special either. I need to get back to Jersey. I need to get back to Starlynn.

Starlynn's P.O.V.

"Can we stop at Starbucks." I tell Danni as she pulls into the drive way of Adrianna's house. "After these two come on." she says and beeps the horn. "Hey." Adri and Layla say getting in the car. We get to Starbucks and get our drinks. Next we head to the beach. Once were there we find a spot and lay our towels down. "So you guys miss Shawn, Nash, and Jacob." I ask. "Yes" they all say in unison. "Awe cute." I say. I close my eye and lay on my stomach. A few moments later I feel someone come over and grab me by my waist and picks me up. Soon I feel the cool water against my skin. "Ahhhh." I yell. I turn around to see a smirking Cameron Dallas. "Dallas." I yell. "Shhhhhh." he says and put his finger over my lips. "Don't say my name." he said. "You deserve it." I say. "What are you doing here." I ask him. "Eh we decided to come here. It a nice day." He says. "oh." I say in a whisper. "Soooo you know about Carter." he said to me. "what about him." I say. "He just recently broke up with his girlfriend." he said. "What." I say furrowing my eyebrows. "Yeah they broke up about a few hours ago." he says. "They've been together for like a year now." he says. "Oh okay." I say. Carter. Had A Girlfriend. Was only what I could really function right now. He said he loved me. Okay Reynolds. Want to play with my feelings. I'm going play with yours.
