Carmen's Pov 

I shouldn't have said anything... Now I know Ethan is going to do something, he could get her worse than me he could die. La Rata's are brutal to those who cross them. If Marco finds out I told Ethan let alone Jasmine. I am afraid that Marilyn will grow up with out a mother. I am afraid that she might share the same fate I did or worse.  I told my truth and I can't change the past for now I focus on who really matters my daughter.

Jasmine Pov

My father is no longer mines. The hair , eyes and laugh we share are no loner ours. I hate the memories we share the times where I thought he cared when Carmen arrived at the house. I could almost see him on her. I could have done something if only I knew. If I could see the future it would all be different. She could have been saved. I have to stop crying on Ethan his sister just told him her truth and selfishly I look to him for comfort not thinking of his emotions. 

Ethan Pov

I can't feel anything I'm numb. Her words are flowing through my brain replaying the story over and over again. All I can think about is revenge. How good I am gonna feel after I kill him. Her fate was my fault I should've fought harder. 

Jasmine and I fell asleep. When we woke up there were men shouting. 

"Where is she Carmen!" I jumped out of bed to see a group of men but one stood out Marco. 

"I don't know Marco please the baby is sleeping." I could hear her voice tremble.

"Does it look like I care about that bastard child. Your lucky I did not kill you and her. Now I am gonna ask you one more time where is my REAL daughter!?" I could hear Carmen crying hysterically.

"I told you daddy she is not hear please. Don't hurt my baby  she's only a baby please." I looked in between the door and wall to see her on her knees begging. I go at the door knob ready to fight with all I got. Jasmine quickly grabs my wrist.

"You can't go out there. They WILL kill you." I tried to remove her hand but it was as if her grip got tighter."

"Listen I am going now let go." I looked her in the eyes trying to be dominant.

"Look I will go when I can I will contact you guys Ok?" She let go and tried to walk out the door but I stopped her. 

"I love you ok don't do anything stupid. Go through the front from the window." she walked towards the window but I stopped her and kissed her deeply our tongues intertwined. She jumped so that her legs were wrapped around my waist and move up and down not breaking the kiss. I headed towards the bed when BANG.....

" I told you I am not playing around. You see what I did to this guy. You will be next and so will that bastard!" Carmen was crying so loud.

"Please daddy don't please." 

"Jasmine You have to go I love so much don't forget that. I will love you forever." I kissed her one last time and she headed for the window and was gone. 

Jasmine Pov

I came in to the door but stood at the door way when I saw what was happening. He grabbed her head and started to sway it towards his private part. I could not let this happen again.

"Dad?" He stopped and stood still his eyes met mines.

" What are you doing to her? I just went for a walk." I looked at him with disgust and confusion. 

"J-jasmine why are you here?" I look at her and she thanked me with her eyes.

"What are you doing to HER dad?" I said with tears flowing down my face. 

" I um.. nothing fixing her hair." He giggled trying to hide the fact that he knew I saw.

" Let's go Jazzy we have to meet your new mom." 

" No dad I want to stay with her." I said strong 

" No you will not!" Next thing I know I was flung in the air and token away to a black SUV leaving my love and sister behind...
